The Polycom VVX 410 is a 12 line HD Voice business media phone; with a 3.5″ colour LCD display and dual Gb RJ45 LAN ports for knowledge workers and office staff. The Polycom VVX410 has an intuitive larger colour display and easily integrates with third party UC and productivity apps; helping make it efficient and productive, and easier to use as telephony solutions.

Similar to the vvx 400, the Polycom VVX410 VoIP Phone is an expandable multi media IP business phone that offers crystal clear comms and intuitive colour user interface for minimal training, improved collaborative functions with other business media and greater user productivity.

Each Polycom 410 phone is carefully refurbished by technical experts to ensure that it runs to the highest of standards. Plus, they come with a warranty to ensure your satisfaction. Included with your phone are the base stand, phone receiver, curly cord and new line lead. These phones may be refurbished, but you would never know it from their condition.

    Fantastic phone – came pre-configured with latest firmware and set to Skype for Business mode which enabled me to use Microsoft Teams. Call quality is superb, very clear and loud and having asked my colleagues about call quality their end they have told me it is perfectly clear.

WARRANTY INFO:

All of our refurbished and new products come with a warranty ranging from 12-36 months. We provide a ‘return to base’ warranty as standard but replacement items may be dispatched in advance of the warranty examination procedure where pre-agreed. Any replacements made within the warranty period will continue to have a warranty that covers the original term from point of purchase.

All items with NEW condition receive a 12 month warranty

All items with REFURBISHED condition receive a 36 month warranty

Please also note:

  • Any misuse, wear and tear or abuse of the goods will invalidate the warranty and any return postage will be payable by the customer.
  • Our warranty excludes consumable products e.g. batteries.
  • Our warranty is not applicable outside the United Kingdom unless by pre-arrangement.
  • A £20 Admin fee will be charged for any item returned under warranty where no fault is found If the product fault is deemed to fall within the terms of the warranty then we reserve the right to repair, replace or credit faulty items at our discretion.
  • If it is outside of the warranty period, we may offer a chance to repair the item at a cost to be quoted.

RETURNS:

If your product develops a fault then please notify us by phone on +44 (0) 333 222 6636 or at returns@commswarehouse.co.uk detailing the fault and requesting a Returns Number and address.

Please ensure that the Returns Number is clearly indicated on the parcel, as we cannot accept returns without this.
