14 day return
If you change your mind or are unhappy with your order, you can return them within 14 days of delivery. All goods must be returned in the same state and condition that they were delivered. For a refund, all the original packaging as well as any documentation, must be returned in a resalable condition, or you may be denied a refund.
All returns are subject to a restocking fee of a flat rate of £25 (exc VAT) for orders up to the value of £120 (inc VAT) and 25% of the VAT-inclusive order value for orders above £120 (inc VAT). Outbound packaging and postage costs are non-refundable unless the goods are found to be faulty. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Returns for orders under the value of £25 (exc VAT) will not be authorised or accepted, since the restocking fee would surpass the refund amount.
Restocking fees only apply to orders that have been made under a company/business name. Consumer purchases will not incur restocking fees.
Returning under a Warranty
If your product develops a fault then please notify us by phone on +44 (0) 333 222 6636 or at email@example.com detailing the fault and requesting a Returns Number and address. Please ensure that the Returns Number is clearly indicated on the parcel, as we cannot accept returns without this. PLEASE NOTE: do not write on or mark the original packaging
Once we get your item back, we will inspect it and refund you with the value of the order, less any applicable restocking fees and outbound postage/packing fees.
- It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the safe return of goods to the company.
- All items must be returned as supplied including cables, leads, power supplies, packaging etc.
- We will cover the cost of carriage for the return of faulty items. If an item is returned as faulty but no fault is found, a £25 administration charge plus the cost of the return carriage will apply.
Please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org to apply for a return authorisation code, and for confirmation of the returns address (this may differ, depending on the warehouse we performed the original despatch from).
Unauthorised returns, or returns without an authorisation code clearly marked on the outer packaging, will not be accepted, and you will be denied a refund.
