Ideal for the office worker and everyone who spends a lot of business time on the phone. The Snom 320 is an affordable, yet powerful SIP business desk phone; with built in, full duplex speaker phone and three party conference call bridging.

Blocking anonymous phone calls, downloading ring tones, auto answer mode, DND mode (Do Not Disturb) and the easy install of VPN (Virtual Private Network); are only examples from an abundance of phone functions which make phone use convenient and comfortable while increasing productivity. Also telephony apps like the Snom Flexor Manager further enhance the functionality of this VoIP Phone.

The 320 is a powerful IP business phone with many advanced features; including a two line graphical display, 47 keys, speaker phone and headset connection. Snom is fast gaining ground in the SIP market place. Snom phones offer excellent interoperability with Asterisk Open Source PBX, Trixbox, PBXn SIP and other SIP based platforms.

The IP 320 is this brands mid level, SIP based IP phone. You get an LCD display and programmable function keys, dual on board LAN ports, PoE multiple line appearances; full duplex speaker phone and a range of codec support.

    Have installed a number of these units, they are extremely easy to configure and perform very well. Build quality is excellent for the price and buying refurbished will save you even more money. Recommended, comes professionally y refurbished and repackaged almost as good as a new.

WARRANTY INFO:

All of our refurbished and new products come with a warranty ranging from 12-36 months. We provide a ‘return to base’ warranty as standard but replacement items may be dispatched in advance of the warranty examination procedure where pre-agreed. Any replacements made within the warranty period will continue to have a warranty that covers the original term from point of purchase.

All items with NEW condition receive a 12 month warranty

All items with REFURBISHED condition receive a 36 month warranty

Please also note:

  • Any misuse, wear and tear or abuse of the goods will invalidate the warranty and any return postage will be payable by the customer.
  • Our warranty excludes consumable products e.g. batteries.
  • Our warranty is not applicable outside the United Kingdom unless by pre-arrangement.
  • A £20 Admin fee will be charged for any item returned under warranty where no fault is found If the product fault is deemed to fall within the terms of the warranty then we reserve the right to repair, replace or credit faulty items at our discretion.
  • If it is outside of the warranty period, we may offer a chance to repair the item at a cost to be quoted.

RETURNS:

If your product develops a fault then please notify us by phone on +44 (0) 333 222 6636 or at returns@commswarehouse.co.uk detailing the fault and requesting a Returns Number and address.

Please ensure that the Returns Number is clearly indicated on the parcel, as we cannot accept returns without this.

Once your order is shipped we will send you an email with a link to the tracking information. Depending on the progress of your order, you may receive between 1-4 emails per shipment on your order.
