The Avaya 1608-i IP Phone is a full-featured desk phone that delivers a high level of call quality as well as a simple-to-use interface. Like the other IP Phones in Avaya’s 1600 series, the 1608-i model has been designed with working professionals in mind. This Avaya Phone offers excellent sound quality, a reliable phone system, and a wide range of functions at an attractive price.

The Avaya 1608 IP telephone is a desktop telephone that offers users wideband audio – which provides HD voice clarity – as well as a high-quality full-duplex speakerphone and the opportunity for corded and cordless headsets for users who need to talk hands-free.

The 1608i IP Phone has 8 LED lit function keys, a backlit LCD which provides in-call data, time, date; and can be easily operated via the navigation keys. The Avaya IP Telephone 1608 is a cost-effective and user-friendly IP phone for professional use with Avaya Communications Manager 3.0 phone system or higher and Avaya IP Office 4.2 or higher.

All of our refurbished and new products come with a warranty ranging from 12-36 months. We provide a ‘return to base’ warranty as standard but replacement items may be dispatched in advance of the warranty examination procedure where pre-agreed. Any replacements made within the warranty period will continue to have a warranty that covers the original term from point of purchase.

All items with NEW condition receive a 12 month warranty

All items with REFURBISHED condition receive a 36 month warranty

Please also note:

  • Any misuse, wear and tear or abuse of the goods will invalidate the warranty and any return postage will be payable by the customer.
  • Our warranty excludes consumable products e.g. batteries.
  • Our warranty is not applicable outside the United Kingdom unless by pre-arrangement.
  • A £20 Admin fee will be charged for any item returned under warranty where no fault is found If the product fault is deemed to fall within the terms of the warranty then we reserve the right to repair, replace or credit faulty items at our discretion.
  • If it is outside of the warranty period, we may offer a chance to repair the item at a cost to be quoted.

Please ensure that the Returns Number is clearly indicated on the parcel, as we cannot accept returns without this.
