The Polycom VVX400 Handset is an expandable multimedia IP business phone that has been designed to increase your productivity and improve your call quality.

This industry-leading VoIP phone from Polycom offers crystal clear comms throughout the length of your call. Combined with an intuitive colour user interface for minimal training, improved collaborative functionality with other business media and greater user productivity, users can now benefit from higher office and call centre productivity. Users can access and manage MS Exchange, check and update calendars, receive notifications and alerts for meetings, look up contacts in the corporate directory as well as check their status on instant messaging, all from the screen of their handset phone, even while they are waiting for their PC to start up. They can also display the Polycom 400 phone screen on their PC with full interaction and navigation using their PC mouse and keyboard.

The VVX 400 is a 12-line HD Voice business media phone with a 3.5″ colour LCD display and dual 10/100 RJ45 ports. Designed with office staff and workers in mind, the Polycom 400 VoIP phone system provides easy integration with third-party UC and apps, utilising technology investment already in place and improving productivity. It also features intuitive menu functions that are easy to navigate plus a budget-friendly web-based configuration tool for simple installation, management, updating and maintenance. All of our refurbished and new products come with a warranty ranging from 12-36 months. We provide a ‘return to base’ warranty as standard but replacement items may be dispatched in advance of the warranty examination procedure where pre-agreed. Any replacements made within the warranty period will continue to have a warranty that covers the original term from point of purchase.

All items with NEW condition receive a 12 month warranty

All items with REFURBISHED condition receive a 36 month warranty

Please also note:

  • Any misuse, wear and tear or abuse of the goods will invalidate the warranty and any return postage will be payable by the customer.
  • Our warranty excludes consumable products e.g. batteries.
  • Our warranty is not applicable outside the United Kingdom unless by pre-arrangement.
  • A £20 Admin fee will be charged for any item returned under warranty where no fault is found If the product fault is deemed to fall within the terms of the warranty then we reserve the right to repair, replace or credit faulty items at our discretion.
  • If it is outside of the warranty period, we may offer a chance to repair the item at a cost to be quoted.

Please ensure that the Returns Number is clearly indicated on the parcel, as we cannot accept returns without this.
