Polycom IP 7000 Conference Phone

The Polycom IP 7000 Sound Station is an elite conference phone designed for use with SIP based VoIP platforms. Among Polycom’s most advanced conference phones; the IP 7000 is ideal for use in executive offices and board rooms, where quality is valued above all. Polycom’s HD Voice tech provides incredible voice quality, turning ordinary calls into crystal clear calls. It also features tech that eliminates buzz from mobile phones and other wireless devices; ensuring that your calls are not interrupted and clear.

This conference phone has a 20 foot mic pick up. Two optional expansion mics or up to 4 IP conference phones can be added; to ensure that every one in the room is heard perfectly. You can also connect the Sound Station IP 7000 to the Polycom HDX high def video conference system; for a complete voice and video conferencing system.

WARRANTY INFO:

All of our refurbished and new products come with a warranty ranging from 12-36 months. We provide a ‘return to base’ warranty as standard but replacement items may be dispatched in advance of the warranty examination procedure where pre-agreed. Any replacements made within the warranty period will continue to have a warranty that covers the original term from point of purchase.

All items with NEW condition receive a 12 month warranty

All items with REFURBISHED condition receive a 36 month warranty

Please also note:

  • Any misuse, wear and tear or abuse of the goods will invalidate the warranty and any return postage will be payable by the customer.
  • Our warranty excludes consumable products e.g. batteries.
  • Our warranty is not applicable outside the United Kingdom unless by pre-arrangement.
  • A £20 Admin fee will be charged for any item returned under warranty where no fault is found If the product fault is deemed to fall within the terms of the warranty then we reserve the right to repair, replace or credit faulty items at our discretion.
  • If it is outside of the warranty period, we may offer a chance to repair the item at a cost to be quoted.

Please ensure that the Returns Number is clearly indicated on the parcel, as we cannot accept returns without this.
