Polycom SoundStation 2W Conference Phone

The Polycom SoundStation 2W Wireless Conference Phone is an Analogue conferencing phone that provides flexibility to the whole team. You don’t even need participants to be in a conference room with a telephone line. Productive calls are possible with the Polycom Acoustic Clarity tech that delivers crystal clear calls. The SoundStation 2W also provides secure encryption, frequency hopping for uninterrupted conversations, seamless integration with mobile phones or PCs for dialling and a long lasting lithium-ion battery that provides up to 12 hours of talk time and 80 hours on standby.

The Polycom 2W has full duplex tech which provides natural calls with no need for users to raise their voice, even up to 10 foot away. Dynamic Noise Reduction actively removes background noises and the 3 sensitive built in mics which give 360 degree coverage, are intelligently mixed to pick up the voice of the person speaking with no background noise. No More Buzz tech provides resistance to interference from mobile phones and any other wireless device.

Each Polycom SoundStation 2W phone is carefully refurbished by technical experts to ensure that it runs to the highest of standards. Plus, they come with a warranty to ensure your satisfaction. Included with your phone are the base stand, phone receiver, curly cord and new line lead. These phones may be refurbished, but you’d never know it from their condition.

WARRANTY INFO:

All of our refurbished and new products come with a warranty ranging from 12-36 months. We provide a ‘return to base’ warranty as standard but replacement items may be dispatched in advance of the warranty examination procedure where pre-agreed. Any replacements made within the warranty period will continue to have a warranty that covers the original term from point of purchase.

All items with NEW condition receive a 12 month warranty

All items with REFURBISHED condition receive a 36 month warranty

Please also note:

  • Any misuse, wear and tear or abuse of the goods will invalidate the warranty and any return postage will be payable by the customer.
  • Our warranty excludes consumable products e.g. batteries.
  • Our warranty is not applicable outside the United Kingdom unless by pre-arrangement.
  • A £20 Admin fee will be charged for any item returned under warranty where no fault is found If the product fault is deemed to fall within the terms of the warranty then we reserve the right to repair, replace or credit faulty items at our discretion.
  • If it is outside of the warranty period, we may offer a chance to repair the item at a cost to be quoted.

RETURNS:

If your product develops a fault then please notify us by phone on +44 (0) 333 222 6636 or at returns@commswarehouse.co.uk detailing the fault and requesting a Returns Number and address.

Please ensure that the Returns Number is clearly indicated on the parcel, as we cannot accept returns without this.
