Polycom IP 7000 Conference Phone

The Polycom IP 7000 SoundStation is the most elite conference phone ever developed; designed for use with SIP based VoIP platforms. Among Polycom’s most advanced conference phones; the IP7000 is ideal for use in executive offices and board rooms, where quality is valued above all. Polycom’s HD Voice technology provides great voice quality, turning ordinary conference calls into crystal clear calls. It also features technology that eliminates noise from mobile phones and other wireless devices; ensuring that your calls are clear and not interrupted.

These VoIP conference phones have a 20 foot microphone pick up, and two optional expansion microphones. Up to 4 IP conference phones can be added; to ensure that every one in the room is heard perfectly. You can also connect the soundstation ip 7000 to the Polycom HDX high definition video conferencing system; for a complete integrated voice and video conference solution.

Each Polycom Soundstation IP 7000 VoIP telephony phone is carefully refurbished by technical experts; to ensure that it runs to the highest of standards. Plus, they come with a warranty to ensure your satisfaction. Included with your phone are the base stand, phone receiver, curly cord and new line lead. These phones may be refurbished, but you would never know it from their condition.

WARRANTY INFO:

All of our refurbished and new products come with a warranty ranging from 12-36 months. We provide a ‘return to base’ warranty as standard but replacement items may be dispatched in advance of the warranty examination procedure where pre-agreed. Any replacements made within the warranty period will continue to have a warranty that covers the original term from point of purchase.

All items with NEW condition receive a 12 month warranty

All items with REFURBISHED condition receive a 36 month warranty

Please also note:

  • Any misuse, wear and tear or abuse of the goods will invalidate the warranty and any return postage will be payable by the customer.
  • Our warranty excludes consumable products e.g. batteries.
  • Our warranty is not applicable outside the United Kingdom unless by pre-arrangement.
  • A £20 Admin fee will be charged for any item returned under warranty where no fault is found If the product fault is deemed to fall within the terms of the warranty then we reserve the right to repair, replace or credit faulty items at our discretion.
  • If it is outside of the warranty period, we may offer a chance to repair the item at a cost to be quoted.

RETURNS:

If your product develops a fault then please notify us by phone on +44 (0) 333 222 6636 or at returns@commswarehouse.co.uk detailing the fault and requesting a Returns Number and address.

Please ensure that the Returns Number is clearly indicated on the parcel, as we cannot accept returns without this.
