The Poly CCX 400 MS Teams Edition is an easy to use world class entry level business media phone from the CCX series that has been designed for Microsoft Teams. Its user interface is intuitive, simple to use and features a 5 inch back lit colour LCD screen with gesture based multi touch technology.

In 2019 Plantronics and Polycom merged to form “Poly” to combine legendary audio expertise with powerful video and screen sharing capabilities.

Perfect as a common area phone the Poly CCX 400 desktop phones have been designed for seamless integration with Microsoft Teams with easy provisioning, contacts and meetings management via the MS Teams Device Portal.polycom ccx 400 sideview

Enjoy effortless hands free communication with acoustic echo cancellation and background noise suppression through the full duplex speakerphone or by connecting a headset via the RJ9 port in addition there is a USB port for plug and play headset functionality. The Poly CCX400 is also hearing aid compatible, up to the latest standards.

The Poly CCX 400 features a two port Gigabit Ethernet switch for fast network connectivity and data transfer – Wireless connectivity is available with an optional Wi-Fi dongle.

WARRANTY INFO:

All of our refurbished and new products come with a warranty ranging from 12-36 months. We provide a ‘return to base’ warranty as standard but replacement items may be dispatched in advance of the warranty examination procedure where pre-agreed. Any replacements made within the warranty period will continue to have a warranty that covers the original term from point of purchase.

All items with NEW condition receive a 12 month warranty

All items with REFURBISHED condition receive a 36 month warranty

Please also note:

  • Any misuse, wear and tear or abuse of the goods will invalidate the warranty and any return postage will be payable by the customer.
  • Our warranty excludes consumable products e.g. batteries.
  • Our warranty is not applicable outside the United Kingdom unless by pre-arrangement.
  • A £20 Admin fee will be charged for any item returned under warranty where no fault is found If the product fault is deemed to fall within the terms of the warranty then we reserve the right to repair, replace or credit faulty items at our discretion.
  • If it is outside of the warranty period, we may offer a chance to repair the item at a cost to be quoted.

Please ensure that the Returns Number is clearly indicated on the parcel, as we cannot accept returns without this.
