The Mitel 5330 Backlit is an IP phone that is made to work with the Mitel UC systems. This IP Phone features 24 programmable buttons; 8 physical buttons with 3 pages total the twenty four buttons. These buttons are used for speed dial, lines and extensions.

The 5330 Back Lit is an IP phone that is designed to work with the Mitel Unified Comms systems. This IP phone offers hot desking, clustered hot desking; and can be used as a supervisor phone, teleworker phone and as an ACD agent. This Makes the perfect choice for execs, managers and staff.

Mitel 5330The 5330 IP phone is an advanced business phone, using wide band audio and Duplex for a more natural sound. As standard the 5330 comes with 24 programmable keys, 12 fixed function keys.

The 5330 features 24 programmable buttons; 8 physical buttons with 3 pages total the twenty four buttons. These buttons are used for speed dialling, line appearances and extensions. This Mitel IP phone is compatible with the Mitel 5000 (ICP) release 5.1 or higher; and the SX-200 IP (ICP) Release 5.0 or later.

    Great phones with lots of programmable buttons for lots of features. Backlit screen is actually very helpful in my poorly lit office you can see the screen from every angle. Used with the Bluetooth handset module gives you extras freedom to move around whilst on calls. Audio quality is second to none. Very functional and reliable phones.

WARRANTY INFO:

All of our refurbished and new products come with a warranty ranging from 12-36 months. We provide a ‘return to base’ warranty as standard but replacement items may be dispatched in advance of the warranty examination procedure where pre-agreed. Any replacements made within the warranty period will continue to have a warranty that covers the original term from point of purchase.

All items with NEW condition receive a 12 month warranty

All items with REFURBISHED condition receive a 36 month warranty

Please also note:

  • Any misuse, wear and tear or abuse of the goods will invalidate the warranty and any return postage will be payable by the customer.
  • Our warranty excludes consumable products e.g. batteries.
  • Our warranty is not applicable outside the United Kingdom unless by pre-arrangement.
  • A £20 Admin fee will be charged for any item returned under warranty where no fault is found If the product fault is deemed to fall within the terms of the warranty then we reserve the right to repair, replace or credit faulty items at our discretion.
  • If it is outside of the warranty period, we may offer a chance to repair the item at a cost to be quoted.

RETURNS:

Please ensure that the Returns Number is clearly indicated on the parcel, as we cannot accept returns without this.
