Avaya 9608 IP Phone

The Avaya 9608 IP phone is a full featured IP desk phone. That provides 24 programmable line and feature buttons, besides the hard coded feature keys on the phone. This IP phone will work with either IP Office or Avaya Aura. It is therefore the perfect choice for every day office phone workers like; sales people, execs, call centre agents and operators.

Because of this it is by far the most popular of the 9600 series IP desk phones. The 9608IP phone is an 8 line VoIP desk phone. It supports many features such as SIP, Duplex Speaker phone, Bluetooth and DECT headsets.

Wide band audio is available in either handset and headset mode. Integrated with the Aura and IP Office platforms; the IP9608 optimises comms through a flexible architecture that uses existing investment and covers changes in business telecom needs.

This is a PoE enabled phone and as such, will be sold without a power supply. If you do not have PoE on your local network, you will need to buy a separate Avaya Power Supply.

All of our refurbished and new products come with a warranty ranging from 12-36 months. We provide a ‘return to base’ warranty as standard but replacement items may be dispatched in advance of the warranty examination procedure where pre-agreed. Any replacements made within the warranty period will continue to have a warranty that covers the original term from point of purchase.

All items with NEW condition receive a 12 month warranty

All items with REFURBISHED condition receive a 36 month warranty

Please also note:

  • Any misuse, wear and tear or abuse of the goods will invalidate the warranty and any return postage will be payable by the customer.
  • Our warranty excludes consumable products e.g. batteries.
  • Our warranty is not applicable outside the United Kingdom unless by pre-arrangement.
  • A £20 Admin fee will be charged for any item returned under warranty where no fault is found If the product fault is deemed to fall within the terms of the warranty then we reserve the right to repair, replace or credit faulty items at our discretion.
  • If it is outside of the warranty period, we may offer a chance to repair the item at a cost to be quoted.
