Mitel 5320e IP Phone

The Mitel 5320e IP Phone is an easy to use, full feature, gigabit phone that delivers innovative and advanced features to enhance user value. The 5320e provides a large graphics display with eight multi function, self label keys, embedded gigabit support, hot desking, three soft keys, navigation keys, ten phone function hard keys and a built in HTML player for desktop apps. A full suite of telephone features at the tips of your fingers, creating a comfortable and user friendly experience while operating your work phone.

Each telephone is carefully refurbished by our technical experts, to be sure that it runs at the very highest of standards. Plus, they come with a warranty to ensure your satisfaction. Included with your telephone are the base stand, telephone receiver, new curly cord and new line lead. These telephones may be refurbished, but you wouldn’t know it from their condition.

The Mitel 5320 and 5320e are the same telephone, but the 5320e has a built in Gb ethernet network port.

WARRANTY INFO:

All of our refurbished and new products come with a warranty ranging from 12-36 months. We provide a ‘return to base’ warranty as standard but replacement items may be dispatched in advance of the warranty examination procedure where pre-agreed. Any replacements made within the warranty period will continue to have a warranty that covers the original term from point of purchase.

All items with NEW condition receive a 12 month warranty

All items with REFURBISHED condition receive a 36 month warranty

Please also note:

  • Any misuse, wear and tear or abuse of the goods will invalidate the warranty and any return postage will be payable by the customer.
  • Our warranty excludes consumable products e.g. batteries.
  • Our warranty is not applicable outside the United Kingdom unless by pre-arrangement.
  • A £20 Admin fee will be charged for any item returned under warranty where no fault is found If the product fault is deemed to fall within the terms of the warranty then we reserve the right to repair, replace or credit faulty items at our discretion.
  • If it is outside of the warranty period, we may offer a chance to repair the item at a cost to be quoted.

RETURNS:

If your product develops a fault then please notify us by phone on +44 (0) 333 222 6636 or at returns@commswarehouse.co.uk detailing the fault and requesting a Returns Number and address.

Please ensure that the Returns Number is clearly indicated on the parcel, as we cannot accept returns without this.
