The Mitel 5010 IP phone is a dual port IP phone that comes with six function keys, 7 programmable multi function keys, and a 2 line, 20 char display. This IP phone is made for users who require advance phone features such as tech support staff, office workers, sales and customer service departments. The promise of IP is in the converged apps it can deliver to the user desktop. The challenge is to make these new tools easy for your users, without intimidating them with desktop devices and interfaces. The solution: 5010 IP Phone. Part of the industry’s most extensive line of IP desk phones and devices, this IP Phone looks and operates like a regular business phone to provide user access to the more sophisticated call handling and converged apps supported by Mitel Networks Integrated Comms Platforms (ICP).

Mitel 5010 Phone Benefits

Like all Mitel Networks IP phones, the 5010 IP can be easily programmed and personalised with a web browser based config tool. Features include: Two line, 20 char display. Off hook announce and On hook dial. Seven programmable multi function keys with dual colour LEDs (for speed dialling, broadcast groups, line appearances, feature access). Six function keys: Hold, Superkey for feature access, Message Info, Transfer / Conf, Shift and Cancel.  Placing calls on hold and Transfer calls. Setting up conference calls and Voice mail access, with large message waiting lamp. Last number redial and Automatic Call Distribution (ACD). Able to run Power over Ethernet (POE) or with optional 24v DC power supply available separately.

WARRANTY INFO:

All of our refurbished and new products come with a warranty ranging from 12-36 months. We provide a ‘return to base’ warranty as standard but replacement items may be dispatched in advance of the warranty examination procedure where pre-agreed. Any replacements made within the warranty period will continue to have a warranty that covers the original term from point of purchase.

All items with NEW condition receive a 12 month warranty

All items with REFURBISHED condition receive a 36 month warranty

Please also note:

  • Any misuse, wear and tear or abuse of the goods will invalidate the warranty and any return postage will be payable by the customer.
  • Our warranty excludes consumable products e.g. batteries.
  • Our warranty is not applicable outside the United Kingdom unless by pre-arrangement.
  • A £20 Admin fee will be charged for any item returned under warranty where no fault is found If the product fault is deemed to fall within the terms of the warranty then we reserve the right to repair, replace or credit faulty items at our discretion.
  • If it is outside of the warranty period, we may offer a chance to repair the item at a cost to be quoted.

RETURNS:

Please ensure that the Returns Number is clearly indicated on the parcel, as we cannot accept returns without this.
