Cisco 7811 IP Phone – NEW

The Cisco 7811 IP Desktop Phone is designed to provide both an efficient and a cost effective service. It facilitates a single IP line (one SIP account) and encrypted calls to ensure that your security is guaranteed whilst communicating over the phone.

The IP Phone 7811 can be PoE or powered by an AC power adaptor, and desk mount or wall mount functionality allows this IP phone to be used for many different business environments. This phone is a full featured IP phone that is reliable but has a sleek ergonomic design. Features include 1 line, 3.28 inch screen size and easy to use, traditional telephony like user experience. “Always on” gives reliability and secure encrypted voice communications.

Cisco 7811The line keys on each model can be fully programmed. You can set up keys to support either line, such as directory numbers, or call features like speed dialling. You can also boost productivity by handling multiple calls for each directory number, using the multi call per line appearance feature. Tri colour LEDs on the line keys support this feature and make the phone simpler and easy to use.

    Nice and configurable for a range of business needs, does not ship with a power supply but if you are using POE this is not a problem.

    Phone has very clear call quality and flexible configuration, relatively easy to deploy, some more advanced features may require a bit of technical know how but generally straight forward. Oh and its doesn’t come with a power supply, this has to be purchased separately as it is POE by default.

WARRANTY INFO:

All of our refurbished and new products come with a warranty ranging from 12-36 months. We provide a ‘return to base’ warranty as standard but replacement items may be dispatched in advance of the warranty examination procedure where pre-agreed. Any replacements made within the warranty period will continue to have a warranty that covers the original term from point of purchase.

All items with NEW condition receive a 12 month warranty

All items with REFURBISHED condition receive a 36 month warranty

Please also note:

  • Any misuse, wear and tear or abuse of the goods will invalidate the warranty and any return postage will be payable by the customer.
  • Our warranty excludes consumable products e.g. batteries.
  • Our warranty is not applicable outside the United Kingdom unless by pre-arrangement.
  • A £20 Admin fee will be charged for any item returned under warranty where no fault is found If the product fault is deemed to fall within the terms of the warranty then we reserve the right to repair, replace or credit faulty items at our discretion.
  • If it is outside of the warranty period, we may offer a chance to repair the item at a cost to be quoted.

RETURNS:

If your product develops a fault then please notify us by phone on +44 (0) 333 222 6636 or at returns@commswarehouse.co.uk detailing the fault and requesting a Returns Number and address.

Please ensure that the Returns Number is clearly indicated on the parcel, as we cannot accept returns without this.
