Polycom VVX 500 VoIP Phone

The Polycom VVX 500 is a powerful business VoIP phone;offering high video and audio playback thanks to integrated HD Voice. The familiar 3.5 LCD touch screen on these vvx business media phones; provide fast access to your synced calendar, contacts, and streaming media news, sports, weather and stocks.

The VVX500 has an incorporated dual port Gigabit LAN switch for faster data transfer; and like other VVX models it delivers easy integration with third party UC and productivity apps. The Polycom VVX 500 is compatible with Unified Comms and MS Skype for Business (SFB) software.

Polycom VVX 500 VoIP PhoneThe Polycom VVX500 multimedia IP phone is a 12 SIP line IP phone with HD Voice, that is Open Source to work with most SIP PBX and 3rd party UC platforms. It will handle up to 12 SIP registrations and features a 3.5 in TFT colour capacitive touch screen; that reacts to gestures, similar to how most mobile phone interfaces work today.

The VVX 500 has 2 USB 2.0 ports for media and storage apps; which allow you to use the display on the phone for multiple uses. Such as built in web apps, digital photo frame, news, video playback, sports; weather or even as an extension of your PC desktop.

Designed for a broad range of environments from small and medium business to large enterprise. The Polycom 500 business media phone improves productivity, by complimenting the workplace apps on the user’s PC. Users benefit from such capabilities as viewing and managing their Exchange calendars and contacts on the phone. Receive meeting reminders while still having access to their company directory; and all while waiting for their PC to boot.

    Very impressed with the quality of my reconditioned VVX500 it’s as good as new. Phone itself is packed full of features, I love the colour touch screen. It worked straight away with skype for business so should migrate to Microsoft Teams in theory although I’ve not tried this yet. Particularly like the facility to use my USB headset on this phone as well as my laptop.

All of our refurbished and new products come with a warranty ranging from 12-36 months. We provide a ‘return to base’ warranty as standard but replacement items may be dispatched in advance of the warranty examination procedure where pre-agreed. Any replacements made within the warranty period will continue to have a warranty that covers the original term from point of purchase.

All items with NEW condition receive a 12 month warranty

All items with REFURBISHED condition receive a 36 month warranty

Please also note:

  • Any misuse, wear and tear or abuse of the goods will invalidate the warranty and any return postage will be payable by the customer.
  • Our warranty excludes consumable products e.g. batteries.
  • Our warranty is not applicable outside the United Kingdom unless by pre-arrangement.
  • A £20 Admin fee will be charged for any item returned under warranty where no fault is found If the product fault is deemed to fall within the terms of the warranty then we reserve the right to repair, replace or credit faulty items at our discretion.
  • If it is outside of the warranty period, we may offer a chance to repair the item at a cost to be quoted.

Please ensure that the Returns Number is clearly indicated on the parcel, as we cannot accept returns without this.
