Polycom VVX400 VoIP Phone

The Polycom VVX400 is an expandable multimedia IP business phone that offers crystal clear comms, and an intuitive colour user interface for minimal training, improved collaborative functionality with other business media and greater user productivity. Users can access and manage MS Exchange, check and update calendars, receive notifications and alerts for meetings, look up contacts in the corporate directory as well as check their status on instant messaging, all from the screen of their phone, even while they are waiting for their PC to start up. They can also display the Polycom 400 phone screen on their PC with full interaction and navigation using their PC mouse and keyboard.

The VVX 400 is a 12 line HD Voice business media phone with a 3.5″ colour LCD display and dual 10/100 RJ45 ports. Designed with office staff and workers in mind the Polycom 400 provides easy integration with third party UC and apps.  It also features intuitive menu functions that are easy to navigate. The VVX400 is an expandable colour business media phone that delivers crystal clear comms enhanced collaboration and personal productivity. With the VVX 400 Polycom phone you can bring a high quality, cost effective desktop telephony solutions to front line staff, that handle a moderate volume of calls through advanced UC features. WARRANTY INFO:

All of our refurbished and new products come with a warranty ranging from 12-36 months. We provide a ‘return to base’ warranty as standard but replacement items may be dispatched in advance of the warranty examination procedure where pre-agreed. Any replacements made within the warranty period will continue to have a warranty that covers the original term from point of purchase.

All items with NEW condition receive a 12 month warranty

All items with REFURBISHED condition receive a 36 month warranty

Please also note:

  • Any misuse, wear and tear or abuse of the goods will invalidate the warranty and any return postage will be payable by the customer.
  • Our warranty excludes consumable products e.g. batteries.
  • Our warranty is not applicable outside the United Kingdom unless by pre-arrangement.
  • A £20 Admin fee will be charged for any item returned under warranty where no fault is found If the product fault is deemed to fall within the terms of the warranty then we reserve the right to repair, replace or credit faulty items at our discretion.
  • If it is outside of the warranty period, we may offer a chance to repair the item at a cost to be quoted.

RETURNS:

If your product develops a fault then please notify us by phone on +44 (0) 333 222 6636 or at returns@commswarehouse.co.uk detailing the fault and requesting a Returns Number and address.

Please ensure that the Returns Number is clearly indicated on the parcel, as we cannot accept returns without this.
