The Polycom IP 550 SoundPoint is a four line SIP phone that delivers calls of unprecedented richness and clarity and supports a wide range of cutting edge polycom technology and interoperability; and an extensive feature set. The IP 550 PoE SoundPoint desktop 4 line SIP phone features Polycom’s HD Voice technology, which brings life like richness in sound quality with wideband audio and voice clarity to every call.

The IP550 desktop IP phones deliver advanced features, such as shared call / bridged lines, busy lamp field BLF, presence, text message and buddy lists. The IP 550 phone also boasts a built in XHTML micro browser that allows users to take advantage of Web based apps. Add the support of four lines, a back lit, high resolution, easy to read graphic display and flexible customisation options and it becomes clear why the Polycom IP550 is certain to meet the voice comms needs of the most demanding managers and pros.

The Polycom IP 550 desktop phone is made to make install, config and upgrades as simple as possible. The phones built in IEEE 802.3af PoE and a dual port ethernet switch enable flexible set up options and savings on cabling.

The IP 550 phone supports remote, zero touch provision and upgrade from a variety of servers, including FTP, TFTP, HTTP3 and HTTPS3. To ensure reliable, uninterrupted performance, the phone supports boot4 and VoIP service redundancy. Working with leading sip based call control platforms.

Each phone is carefully refurbished by technical experts to ensure that it runs to the highest of standards. Plus, they come with a warranty to ensure your satisfaction. Included with your phone are the base stand, phone receiver, curly cord and new line lead. These phones may be refurbished, but you’d never know it from their condition.

WARRANTY INFO:

All of our refurbished and new products come with a warranty ranging from 12-36 months. We provide a ‘return to base’ warranty as standard but replacement items may be dispatched in advance of the warranty examination procedure where pre-agreed. Any replacements made within the warranty period will continue to have a warranty that covers the original term from point of purchase.

All items with NEW condition receive a 12 month warranty

All items with REFURBISHED condition receive a 36 month warranty

Please also note:

  • Any misuse, wear and tear or abuse of the goods will invalidate the warranty and any return postage will be payable by the customer.
  • Our warranty excludes consumable products e.g. batteries.
  • Our warranty is not applicable outside the United Kingdom unless by pre-arrangement.
  • A £20 Admin fee will be charged for any item returned under warranty where no fault is found If the product fault is deemed to fall within the terms of the warranty then we reserve the right to repair, replace or credit faulty items at our discretion.
  • If it is outside of the warranty period, we may offer a chance to repair the item at a cost to be quoted.

RETURNS:

Please ensure that the Returns Number is clearly indicated on the parcel, as we cannot accept returns without this.
