Avaya 1608 IP Phone

The Avaya 1608 IP Phone is designed for the standard desktop Phone user. Designed with a small form factor; this Avaya telephone provides high fidelity voice communications with full duplex speakerphones. The 1608 supports up to 8 programmable feature keys on the phone handset.

For a familiar look and feel, this phone includes several fixed phone feature keys for common telephony tasks; including conference calls, call transfer, drop, hold and mute.

The IP 1608 supports various business phone headsets through the built in headset jack. The 1608 is one of the more cost effective IP desk phones available from the Avaya phones range. At an attractive price point; it provides the customer with basic communications needed.

The 1608 IP is for users who rarely receive more than five or six calls per day. Sales staff and cubicle workers are good examples for whom this IP phone delivers an enhanced experience for.

Working with the Avaya IP Office; this IP telephone is designed for those who typically rely on several forms of communication including voice and email.

All of our refurbished and new products come with a warranty ranging from 12-36 months. We provide a ‘return to base’ warranty as standard but replacement items may be dispatched in advance of the warranty examination procedure where pre-agreed. Any replacements made within the warranty period will continue to have a warranty that covers the original term from point of purchase.

All items with NEW condition receive a 12 month warranty

All items with REFURBISHED condition receive a 36 month warranty

Please also note:

  • Any misuse, wear and tear or abuse of the goods will invalidate the warranty and any return postage will be payable by the customer.
  • Our warranty excludes consumable products e.g. batteries.
  • Our warranty is not applicable outside the United Kingdom unless by pre-arrangement.
  • A £20 Admin fee will be charged for any item returned under warranty where no fault is found If the product fault is deemed to fall within the terms of the warranty then we reserve the right to repair, replace or credit faulty items at our discretion.
  • If it is outside of the warranty period, we may offer a chance to repair the item at a cost to be quoted.

Please ensure that the Returns Number is clearly indicated on the parcel, as we cannot accept returns without this.
