Polycom CX600 VoIP Phone

The Polycom CX600 IP Phone delivers all the features included in MS Lync Server 2010 environments; to provide a cost effective, mainstream desktop Phone. It features Polycom HD Voice technology for crystal clear calls and robust interoperability with the MS Lync Server 2010 platform; maximising productivity for office and cubicle workers.

Polycom CX600Native Lync 2010 Phone Edition software delivers a rich user interface for placing, receiving and managing calls. The large 3.5 inch high res colour display and easy navigation buttons enable familiar dialling controls; calendar and contact directory access, and presence indication. The CX600 also features a USB port to enable optional, “Better Together” capabilities when used with a PC.

The Polycom CX 600 is a full featured UC desktop phone, made for use with MS Comms Server environments; that helps office and cubicle workers maximise productivity. The CX 600, like all Polycom Phones, offers full duplex speaker phone integrates into the OCS Phone.

Each telephone is carefully refurbished by our technical experts; to be sure that it runs at the very highest of standards. Plus, they come with a warranty to ensure your satisfaction. Included with your telephone are the base stand, phone receiver, new curly cord and new line lead. These telephones may be refurbished, but you wouldn’t know it from their condition.

WARRANTY INFO:

All of our refurbished and new products come with a warranty ranging from 12-36 months. We provide a ‘return to base’ warranty as standard but replacement items may be dispatched in advance of the warranty examination procedure where pre-agreed. Any replacements made within the warranty period will continue to have a warranty that covers the original term from point of purchase.

All items with NEW condition receive a 12 month warranty

All items with REFURBISHED condition receive a 36 month warranty

Please also note:

  • Any misuse, wear and tear or abuse of the goods will invalidate the warranty and any return postage will be payable by the customer.
  • Our warranty excludes consumable products e.g. batteries.
  • Our warranty is not applicable outside the United Kingdom unless by pre-arrangement.
  • A £20 Admin fee will be charged for any item returned under warranty where no fault is found If the product fault is deemed to fall within the terms of the warranty then we reserve the right to repair, replace or credit faulty items at our discretion.
  • If it is outside of the warranty period, we may offer a chance to repair the item at a cost to be quoted.

RETURNS:

If your product develops a fault then please notify us by phone on +44 (0) 333 222 6636 or at returns@commswarehouse.co.uk detailing the fault and requesting a Returns Number and address.

Please ensure that the Returns Number is clearly indicated on the parcel, as we cannot accept returns without this.
