Cisco SPA512G IP Phone

The Cisco SPA512G IP Phone is an advanced, affordable and feature rich IP phone suitable for small businesses or home offices.

The SPA512G single line IP Phone supports Power over Ethernet (PoE) and will connect to an Internet telephone service provider or an IP PBX. This phone features include dual gigabit Ethernet switched ports, 2.5mm headset jack, call timer, speakerphone, caller ID, call hold, conferencing and support for up to two Cisco SPA500S Expansion Modules. There are many more basic and advanced telephony and hardware features with this Cisco IP phone that can be utilised.

With easy installation and secure remote provisioning, as well as menu based and web based configuration, the Cisco SPA 512G is flexible and simple to use. Security provisions include password protection and encrypted authentication via MD5.

The Cisco SPA512 G is a SIP telephone and will work with most VoIP telephony platforms, SIP telephones require provisioning – your VoIP telephony service provider will be able to assist you with this.

All of our refurbished and new products come with a warranty ranging from 12-36 months. We provide a ‘return to base’ warranty as standard but replacement items may be dispatched in advance of the warranty examination procedure where pre-agreed. Any replacements made within the warranty period will continue to have a warranty that covers the original term from point of purchase.

All items with NEW condition receive a 12 month warranty

All items with REFURBISHED condition receive a 36 month warranty

Please also note:

  • Any misuse, wear and tear or abuse of the goods will invalidate the warranty and any return postage will be payable by the customer.
  • Our warranty excludes consumable products e.g. batteries.
  • Our warranty is not applicable outside the United Kingdom unless by pre-arrangement.
  • A £20 Admin fee will be charged for any item returned under warranty where no fault is found If the product fault is deemed to fall within the terms of the warranty then we reserve the right to repair, replace or credit faulty items at our discretion.
  • If it is outside of the warranty period, we may offer a chance to repair the item at a cost to be quoted.
