Cisco 6921 IP Phone

The Cisco 6921 Unified IP Phone is an innovative endpoint; that delivers affordable, business grade voice communications services to customers worldwide. The 6921 is a charcoal coloured 2 line UC IP phone for office environments. The CP 6921 has lit feature keys, a 396 x 81 graphical display and wired headset (for hands free use). The Unified IP Phone CP-6921 delivers affordable business grade UC connectivity; with a more productive, flexible and easier to use interface.

The Cisco Unified IP Phone 6921 is also more energy efficient and eco friendly, in support of customer green initiatives. A Deep Sleep option provides energy savings. With this option, the IP Phone 6921 consumes up to 50% less power in off hours; versus when the phone is idle during normal business hours. In addition recyclable plastics deliver a more earth responsible solution.

This IP phone 6921 supports multiple call handling with multi call per line appearance; and fixed keys for hold, transfer and conference. The phone is a charcoal coloured 2 line cisco unified communications IP phone for office environments. The CP 6921 is an innovative telephone, it has lit feature buttons, a 396×81 graphical display and an integrated wired headset port for handsfree use.

With Cisco’s Unified Video Advantage 2.2 and the VTIII camera, you can elevate your experience with support for video comms. Your PC provides support for the video; while voice comms are supported by your phone and support for Cisco unified communications features.

WARRANTY INFO:

All of our refurbished and new products come with a warranty ranging from 12-36 months. We provide a ‘return to base’ warranty as standard but replacement items may be dispatched in advance of the warranty examination procedure where pre-agreed. Any replacements made within the warranty period will continue to have a warranty that covers the original term from point of purchase.

All items with NEW condition receive a 12 month warranty

All items with REFURBISHED condition receive a 36 month warranty

Please also note:

  • Any misuse, wear and tear or abuse of the goods will invalidate the warranty and any return postage will be payable by the customer.
  • Our warranty excludes consumable products e.g. batteries.
  • Our warranty is not applicable outside the United Kingdom unless by pre-arrangement.
  • A £20 Admin fee will be charged for any item returned under warranty where no fault is found If the product fault is deemed to fall within the terms of the warranty then we reserve the right to repair, replace or credit faulty items at our discretion.
  • If it is outside of the warranty period, we may offer a chance to repair the item at a cost to be quoted.

Please ensure that the Returns Number is clearly indicated on the parcel, as we cannot accept returns without this.
