Cisco 524 G Unified IP Phone

The Cisco 524 G Unified IP Phone is a four line IP phone with up to eight call line appearances. A 10/100 PC switch port enables LAN connectivity to a co-located PC that helps you reduce added phone wiring costs. Designation of separate 802.1q VLANs for PC and phone provides security and reliability of voice and data traffic. The phone can be powered by a network switch with Power over Ethernet (PoE) capability; or use optional power adaptors (sold separately).

Cisco Unified IP 524G is an affordable and entry level IP phone; with flourishing features that meets basic needs of any small business. Unified IP 524 G is a four line IP phone from Cisco’s Unified IP Phone 500 Series; with up to eight call line appearances. Other IP phones included in this series are 524SG, 521G, and 521SG.

It is designed to be used with Cisco’s Unified Communications 500 Series, as well as other Business VoIP services. IP 524G phones is optimised to take over traditional voice systems; to layer next gen voice system into Category 5 (CAT5) environment. The 524G IP phone provides wide range of productivity enhancing utilities.

WARRANTY INFO:

All of our refurbished and new products come with a warranty ranging from 12-36 months. We provide a ‘return to base’ warranty as standard but replacement items may be dispatched in advance of the warranty examination procedure where pre-agreed. Any replacements made within the warranty period will continue to have a warranty that covers the original term from point of purchase.

All items with NEW condition receive a 12 month warranty

All items with REFURBISHED condition receive a 36 month warranty

Please also note:

  • Any misuse, wear and tear or abuse of the goods will invalidate the warranty and any return postage will be payable by the customer.
  • Our warranty excludes consumable products e.g. batteries.
  • Our warranty is not applicable outside the United Kingdom unless by pre-arrangement.
  • A £20 Admin fee will be charged for any item returned under warranty where no fault is found If the product fault is deemed to fall within the terms of the warranty then we reserve the right to repair, replace or credit faulty items at our discretion.
  • If it is outside of the warranty period, we may offer a chance to repair the item at a cost to be quoted.

Please ensure that the Returns Number is clearly indicated on the parcel, as we cannot accept returns without this.
