Cisco 7841 IP Phone

The 4 line Cisco 7841 is an ideal IP Phone endpoint for moderately active voice users. It is well suited for knowledge workers, admin staff, managers, customer care agents and supervisors; who have active IP voice communications and telephony features needs. This IP telephone has a 3.5 inch graphic, greyscale, 396 x 162; pixel based high resolution display and is back lit. The 4 programmable line / feature keys feature tri-colour LEDs that provide call status at a glance.

Cisco 7841The Cisco IP Phone 7841 is the only model of telephone in the 7800 series to support Gb LAN. Like others in the series; the CP 7841 IP has high quality wide band audio in handset, headset and speaker phone.

Cisco CP 7841 & 7800 Series

The Cisco IP phone 7800 series offers flexible deployment options, with PoE or external power supply. These phones are supported by Cisco on-premise, hosted and Spark Cloud. 4 programmable line / feature keys with LEDs are in place for commonly used phone feature access. In call info, date and time are provided by the back lit LCD display.

Each of these phones is carefully refurbished by our tech experts; to make sure they run to the highest of standards. Plus, they come with a warranty to ensure your satisfaction. Included with your telephone are the base stand, phone receiver, curly cord and new line lead. These phones may be refurbished, but you would not know it from their condition.

    Excellent phone, easy to deploy with plenty of features and super clear audio quality. Powered over Ethernet so if you don’t have POE on your switch you will need to buy a separate power supply unit to power the unit. Phone was less than half the price of one that is new and upon receipt I am amazed at the condition and quality of my refurbished units

WARRANTY INFO:

All of our refurbished and new products come with a warranty ranging from 12-36 months. We provide a ‘return to base’ warranty as standard but replacement items may be dispatched in advance of the warranty examination procedure where pre-agreed. Any replacements made within the warranty period will continue to have a warranty that covers the original term from point of purchase.

All items with NEW condition receive a 12 month warranty

All items with REFURBISHED condition receive a 36 month warranty

Please also note:

  • Any misuse, wear and tear or abuse of the goods will invalidate the warranty and any return postage will be payable by the customer.
  • Our warranty excludes consumable products e.g. batteries.
  • Our warranty is not applicable outside the United Kingdom unless by pre-arrangement.
  • A £20 Admin fee will be charged for any item returned under warranty where no fault is found If the product fault is deemed to fall within the terms of the warranty then we reserve the right to repair, replace or credit faulty items at our discretion.
  • If it is outside of the warranty period, we may offer a chance to repair the item at a cost to be quoted.

RETURNS:

If your product develops a fault then please notify us by phone on +44 (0) 333 222 6636 or at returns@commswarehouse.co.uk detailing the fault and requesting a Returns Number and address.

Please ensure that the Returns Number is clearly indicated on the parcel, as we cannot accept returns without this.
