Aastra Office 5370 IP Phone

The Aastra 5370 IP desktop Phone can be equipped and used with a Phone headset. Based on the DHSG standard, the headset can be used to control the volume, as well as to accept and clear down phone calls. Giving you an easy to use and feature rich Phone for your phone system. Aastra Office IP phones work besides the respective Phone system.

The Aastra 5370ip is an all round IP Phone model with an advanced range of features. With its attention LED, users are informed of newly received text and voice messages, even if they have chosen to reduce the ringing volume. As standard, 12 freely configurable keys are available for team, control and alarm functions.

Significantly reduced LAN (Local Area Network) cabling needs, thanks to an integrated mini switch. Using this mini switch connection, other network terminals (e.g. PC, printer) can directly be connected. All models can be powered via Power over Ethernet (PoE) or from an optional mains power supply adaptor.

When used together with a headset, the Aastra 5370i is also optimally designed for heavy Phone users, such as call centre agents and receptionists.

The angle of the Aastra 5300 system phones can be set to either 25 or 40 degrees, to best suit the room lighting and setting. This ensures that you always have an optimal view of the display and functions. Of course, the Phone can also be wall mounted if needed. Just a few simple actions are required to expand the 5370 with an additional key pad and phone headset.

WARRANTY INFO:

All of our refurbished and new products come with a warranty ranging from 12-36 months. We provide a ‘return to base’ warranty as standard but replacement items may be dispatched in advance of the warranty examination procedure where pre-agreed. Any replacements made within the warranty period will continue to have a warranty that covers the original term from point of purchase.

All items with NEW condition receive a 12 month warranty

All items with REFURBISHED condition receive a 36 month warranty

Please also note:

  • Any misuse, wear and tear or abuse of the goods will invalidate the warranty and any return postage will be payable by the customer.
  • Our warranty excludes consumable products e.g. batteries.
  • Our warranty is not applicable outside the United Kingdom unless by pre-arrangement.
  • A £20 Admin fee will be charged for any item returned under warranty where no fault is found If the product fault is deemed to fall within the terms of the warranty then we reserve the right to repair, replace or credit faulty items at our discretion.
  • If it is outside of the warranty period, we may offer a chance to repair the item at a cost to be quoted.

Please ensure that the Returns Number is clearly indicated on the parcel, as we cannot accept returns without this.
