Siemens OptiPoint 410 Standard Arctic

Fully duplex, modular, high end speaker phone the Siemens OptiPoint 410 Standard has everything required for call centres, conference rooms or office work stations with high call volumes. It offers the same features as optiPoint 410 economy in addition to an interface for up to two add on devices, two adaptor slots and a headset. Thanks to the integrated 10/100 BaseT mini LAN switch, it can be directly connected to the corporate LAN.

Siemens OptiPoint 410 Standard

The Siemens IP 410 standard is a fully duplex business phone that is packed full of features. Perfect for high call volumes the Optipoint 410 Standard is at home in call centres and offices. It utilises 12 programmable function keys with LEDS and a two line back lit display to aid the user in the customisation of these keys.

Users have the ability to work hands free thanks to an integrated handset port and depending on your specific needs, the 410 Standard is compatible with AOMs (add on modules) which increase the amount of programmable keys.

The Siemens 410 IP Phone is only compatible with Siemens phone systems and is not suitable for home use. This is a Power Over Ethernet (PoE) enabled device and as such, is sold without a PSU. If you do not have PoE, you will need to buy a separate Power Supply Unit.

Each of these IP telephones is carefully refurbished by our technical experts, to be sure that it runs at the very highest of standards. Plus, they come with a warranty to ensure your satisfaction. Included with your telephone are the base stand, phone receiver, new curly cord and new line lead. These telephones may be refurbished, but you wouldn’t know it from their condition.

WARRANTY INFO:

All of our refurbished and new products come with a warranty ranging from 12-36 months. We provide a ‘return to base’ warranty as standard but replacement items may be dispatched in advance of the warranty examination procedure where pre-agreed. Any replacements made within the warranty period will continue to have a warranty that covers the original term from point of purchase.

All items with NEW condition receive a 12 month warranty

All items with REFURBISHED condition receive a 36 month warranty

Please also note:

  • Any misuse, wear and tear or abuse of the goods will invalidate the warranty and any return postage will be payable by the customer.
  • Our warranty excludes consumable products e.g. batteries.
  • Our warranty is not applicable outside the United Kingdom unless by pre-arrangement.
  • A £20 Admin fee will be charged for any item returned under warranty where no fault is found If the product fault is deemed to fall within the terms of the warranty then we reserve the right to repair, replace or credit faulty items at our discretion.
  • If it is outside of the warranty period, we may offer a chance to repair the item at a cost to be quoted.

RETURNS:

Please ensure that the Returns Number is clearly indicated on the parcel, as we cannot accept returns without this.
