Samsung SMT-i3105 5 Button IP Handset

The Samsung SMT-i3105 phone represents a new concept of internet phone, in that it uses an IP address to send / receive voice and data. For voice comms the SMT-i3105 uses the data network line already in place in most offices and an increasing number of businesses. The SMT i3105 IP Phone allows you to set the fixed keys to perform certain functions to improve efficiency and productivity.

There are also 100 programmable soft keys that perform different functions, such as speed dialling extensions or access to features. There are 10 fixed feature keys that perform common phone tasks such as call forward, hold and mute. The Samsung SMT i3105 IP Phone has dual LAN ports so you can connect your PC or Laptop to the phone and have access to a LAN or to browse the internet. The high quality speaker phone and mic give the user on both sides of the conversation unparalleled audio quality.

This affordable and highly featured entry level IP phone is well suited for low to moderate users. Easy to use and administer, the SMT-i3105 IP Phone has a black and white 4 line display with intuitive menu prompts and associated soft keys.

WARRANTY INFO:

All of our refurbished and new products come with a warranty ranging from 12-36 months. We provide a ‘return to base’ warranty as standard but replacement items may be dispatched in advance of the warranty examination procedure where pre-agreed. Any replacements made within the warranty period will continue to have a warranty that covers the original term from point of purchase.

All items with NEW condition receive a 12 month warranty

All items with REFURBISHED condition receive a 36 month warranty

Please also note:

  • Any misuse, wear and tear or abuse of the goods will invalidate the warranty and any return postage will be payable by the customer.
  • Our warranty excludes consumable products e.g. batteries.
  • Our warranty is not applicable outside the United Kingdom unless by pre-arrangement.
  • A £20 Admin fee will be charged for any item returned under warranty where no fault is found If the product fault is deemed to fall within the terms of the warranty then we reserve the right to repair, replace or credit faulty items at our discretion.
  • If it is outside of the warranty period, we may offer a chance to repair the item at a cost to be quoted.

RETURNS:

If your product develops a fault then please notify us by phone on +44 (0) 333 222 6636 or at returns@commswarehouse.co.uk detailing the fault and requesting a Returns Number and address.

Please ensure that the Returns Number is clearly indicated on the parcel, as we cannot accept returns without this.
