The Polycom CX700 delivers remarkable high definition wideband audio quality that provides the ultimate voice comms experience. With its sleek, high quality handset and its full duplex, hands free speaker phone; the CX700 IP Phone from Polycom enables crystal clear, natural calls without echoes or feedback.

The Polycom CX 700 IP Desktop Phone is a high quality IP phone with a clear colour screen. This phone can be connected directly to the internet; to make use of most of its host of IP call features. This is a IP/SIP telephone which will work across most VoIP telephony platforms.

Each telephone is carefully refurbished by our technical experts; to be sure that it runs at the very highest of standards. Plus, they come with a warranty to ensure your satisfaction. Included with your telephone are the base stand, phone receiver, new curly cord and new line lead. These telephones may be refurbished, but you wouldn’t know it from their condition.

These SIP/IP telephones will need provisioning, your VoIP service provider will be able to assist you.

  • Easy call management – Monitor and manage calls through the Microsoft Windows CE and microsoft lync based touch screen interface. Click to call with name based calling from a user’s contact list or call logs. Enhanced incoming call information lets users quickly decide how to handle a caller.
  • Enhanced presence – On screen presence status indicators for each of a user’s contacts; with the added ability to set presence state via the touch screen.
  • Large, bright LED shows your current presence state.

All of our refurbished and new products come with a warranty ranging from 12-36 months. We provide a ‘return to base’ warranty as standard but replacement items may be dispatched in advance of the warranty examination procedure where pre-agreed. Any replacements made within the warranty period will continue to have a warranty that covers the original term from point of purchase.

All items with NEW condition receive a 12 month warranty

All items with REFURBISHED condition receive a 36 month warranty

Please also note:

  • Any misuse, wear and tear or abuse of the goods will invalidate the warranty and any return postage will be payable by the customer.
  • Our warranty excludes consumable products e.g. batteries.
  • Our warranty is not applicable outside the United Kingdom unless by pre-arrangement.
  • A £20 Admin fee will be charged for any item returned under warranty where no fault is found If the product fault is deemed to fall within the terms of the warranty then we reserve the right to repair, replace or credit faulty items at our discretion.
  • If it is outside of the warranty period, we may offer a chance to repair the item at a cost to be quoted.

Please ensure that the Returns Number is clearly indicated on the parcel, as we cannot accept returns without this.
