The Poly CCX 500 is a world class Business Media Phone that offers a native Microsoft Teams experience; that is both intuitive and easy to use. With a dedicated Microsoft Teams button and one touch access contacts and meetings.

In 2019 Plantronics and Polycom merged to form “Poly” to combine legendary audio expertise with powerful video and screen sharing capabilities.

Never miss a word and feel confident you are being heard with precise clarity; thanks to Poly’s HD Voice and Acoustic Clarity technology. In addition the Poly Acoustic Fence will eliminate background noise and keep calls quiet in noisy environments; such as offices and call centres.

Enjoy effortless hands free communication with acoustic echo cancellation and background noise suppression; through the full duplex speakerphone or by connecting a headset via the RJ9 port. In addition there is a USB port for plug and play headset functionality. The Poly CCX500 is also hearing aid compatible, up to the latest standards

The Poly CCX 500 features a two port Gigabit Ethernet switch for fast network connectivity and data transfer. Wireless connectivity is available with an optional Wi-Fi dongle.

    Love the design of the unit, large touch screen is of a sharp resolution and seems very responsive when operating and navigating my teams contacts – there is no physical keypad to touch. Inclusion of both standard USB A port and a USB C ports is a smart move and helps future proof the device for use of USB C accessories which are becoming more common. There is an option for a Wi-Fi dongle but I do not require this at present as the unit sits on my desk where I already had an Ethernet cable and POE. Call quality either through the hand piece or speaker phone is clear and loud. I sometimes use my Plantronics voyager legend headset via bluetooth and it works brilliantly with this phone.

WARRANTY INFO:

All of our refurbished and new products come with a warranty ranging from 12-36 months. We provide a ‘return to base’ warranty as standard but replacement items may be dispatched in advance of the warranty examination procedure where pre-agreed. Any replacements made within the warranty period will continue to have a warranty that covers the original term from point of purchase.

Please also note:

  • Any misuse, wear and tear or abuse of the goods will invalidate the warranty and any return postage will be payable by the customer.
  • Our warranty excludes consumable products e.g. batteries.
  • Our warranty is not applicable outside the United Kingdom unless by pre-arrangement.
  • A £20 Admin fee will be charged for any item returned under warranty where no fault is found If the product fault is deemed to fall within the terms of the warranty then we reserve the right to repair, replace or credit faulty items at our discretion.
  • If it is outside of the warranty period, we may offer a chance to repair the item at a cost to be quoted.

RETURNS:

Please ensure that the Returns Number is clearly indicated on the parcel, as we cannot accept returns without this.
