Mitel UC360 Conference Phone

The Mitel UC360 IP Conference Phone is a comms device that delivers superior audio and user friendly controls; for any room or meeting table. Features include beam forming tech that locks onto the speaker in the room and attenuates unwanted background noise. Wide band audio provides a larger audio dynamic range and 16 built in mics provides up to 4 times the sound quality of other conference phones in this class.

The Mitel IP Conference Phone UC360 is also equipped with a large 7 inch colour touch screen display with easy to use navigation and web browser, this enables users to access cloud based services such as Gmail and Exchange web.

Mitel MiVoice Video Phone is a multi media Conference Phone that provides business with a range of capabilities. Such as audio conference, in room display, multi party audio and video conference and remote work for the personal office and meeting space. All via a single all in one business communications solution.

MiVoice UC360 video phone is a first of its kind device that combines business of any size with an affordable all in one solution; that delivers superior audio and rich multi media. Before the MiVoice video phone was introduced there was nothing available that combined audio, video and presentation needs into a single easy to use device.

WARRANTY INFO:

All of our refurbished and new products come with a warranty ranging from 12-36 months. We provide a ‘return to base’ warranty as standard but replacement items may be dispatched in advance of the warranty examination procedure where pre-agreed. Any replacements made within the warranty period will continue to have a warranty that covers the original term from point of purchase.

All items with NEW condition receive a 12 month warranty

All items with REFURBISHED condition receive a 36 month warranty

Please also note:

  • Any misuse, wear and tear or abuse of the goods will invalidate the warranty and any return postage will be payable by the customer.
  • Our warranty excludes consumable products e.g. batteries.
  • Our warranty is not applicable outside the United Kingdom unless by pre-arrangement.
  • A £20 Admin fee will be charged for any item returned under warranty where no fault is found If the product fault is deemed to fall within the terms of the warranty then we reserve the right to repair, replace or credit faulty items at our discretion.
  • If it is outside of the warranty period, we may offer a chance to repair the item at a cost to be quoted.

RETURNS:

If your product develops a fault then please notify us by phone on +44 (0) 333 222 6636 or at returns@commswarehouse.co.uk detailing the fault and requesting a Returns Number and address.

Please ensure that the Returns Number is clearly indicated on the parcel, as we cannot accept returns without this.

TRACKING INFO:

Once your order is shipped we will send you an email with a link to the tracking information. Depending on the progress of your order, you may receive between 1-4 emails per shipment on your order.
