Mitel 5330e IP Phone

The Mitel 5330e IP Phone is a full feature business class phone; that provides users with real time access to apps and services; such as web browsing, contact lists, call history logs and many other user settings. HTML apps can be made to run without an external server; cost effective, intuitive customisation for the user’s unique needs. The 5330e IP Phone is ideal for business staff and can be used as an ACD agent or supervisor; as well as a teleworker phone.

5330E MiVoice IP telephone is a high spec business phone. With 12 fixed function keys for fast access to often used phone features; 24 keys which can be assigned and used as line keys, speed dial and feature access keys. Dual mode enables SIP and MiNET to be supported.

The IP 5330e has a large back lit display, a Gb LAN connection; wideband audio for better clarity and visual voice mail display. The Mitel IP Phone 5330e has specific keys made to ensure easy navigation around the telephone menus.

WARRANTY INFO:

All of our refurbished and new products come with a warranty ranging from 12-36 months. We provide a ‘return to base’ warranty as standard but replacement items may be dispatched in advance of the warranty examination procedure where pre-agreed. Any replacements made within the warranty period will continue to have a warranty that covers the original term from point of purchase.

All items with NEW condition receive a 12 month warranty

All items with REFURBISHED condition receive a 36 month warranty

Please also note:

  • Any misuse, wear and tear or abuse of the goods will invalidate the warranty and any return postage will be payable by the customer.
  • Our warranty excludes consumable products e.g. batteries.
  • Our warranty is not applicable outside the United Kingdom unless by pre-arrangement.
  • A £20 Admin fee will be charged for any item returned under warranty where no fault is found If the product fault is deemed to fall within the terms of the warranty then we reserve the right to repair, replace or credit faulty items at our discretion.
  • If it is outside of the warranty period, we may offer a chance to repair the item at a cost to be quoted.

Please ensure that the Returns Number is clearly indicated on the parcel, as we cannot accept returns without this.
