The dual port Mitel 5235 IP Phone is targeted at users who require real time access to voice and multi media apps and services. It is ideal for execs and managers, and can be used as an ACD agent or supervisor, as well as a teleworker phone. This is an enterprise class telephone that provides voice communication over an IP network, to ease install and updates. This IP Phone is a full feature dual mode enterprise class phone that provides voice comms over an IP network.
This IP Phone supports both Mitel Call Control (MiNet) and SIP. When used with a Mitel 3300 ICP (Release 6.0), the phone user can access the feature rich set of IP Phone apps. The 5235 IP Phone also supports Hot Desk and Clustered Hot Desk as well as Resilience. The 5235 is ideal for execs and managers, and can be used as an ACD agent or Supervisor phone, as well as a teleworker phone.
