The Mitel 5224 IP Phone provides robust features and functionality needed for today’s progressive enterprise professional. This IP Phone is dual mode, dual port with a multi-line display; and provides users fast and easy access to the features and applications enabled by IP Communications Platforms (ICPs). This IP Phone is designed for users that require an expanded range of features. It is an ideal phone for teleworkers and ACD agents or supervisors.

The 5224 IP is a dual port, Dual Mode IP business phone. The multi line display provides fast and easy access to system features, apps; and important in call info as well as date and time. There are 24 programmable keys; 8 fixed call state keys and the phone can also take advantage of PBX system features. The built in speaker phone uses duplex tech which will provide crystal clear audio; this Mitel phone is an ideal choice for workers, ACD agents and supervisors.

This system phone is not suitable for home use.

WARRANTY INFO:

All of our refurbished and new products come with a warranty ranging from 12-36 months. We provide a ‘return to base’ warranty as standard but replacement items may be dispatched in advance of the warranty examination procedure where pre-agreed. Any replacements made within the warranty period will continue to have a warranty that covers the original term from point of purchase.

All items with NEW condition receive a 12 month warranty

All items with REFURBISHED condition receive a 36 month warranty

Please also note:

  • Any misuse, wear and tear or abuse of the goods will invalidate the warranty and any return postage will be payable by the customer.
  • Our warranty excludes consumable products e.g. batteries.
  • Our warranty is not applicable outside the United Kingdom unless by pre-arrangement.
  • A £20 Admin fee will be charged for any item returned under warranty where no fault is found If the product fault is deemed to fall within the terms of the warranty then we reserve the right to repair, replace or credit faulty items at our discretion.
  • If it is outside of the warranty period, we may offer a chance to repair the item at a cost to be quoted.

RETURNS:

If your product develops a fault then please notify us by phone on +44 (0) 333 222 6636 or at returns@commswarehouse.co.uk detailing the fault and requesting a Returns Number and address.

Please ensure that the Returns Number is clearly indicated on the parcel, as we cannot accept returns without this.

Once your order is shipped we will send you an email with a link to the tracking information. Depending on the progress of your order, you may receive between 1-4 emails per shipment on your order.
