HP 4120 VoIP Phone

The HP 4120 is an IP Phone optimised for MS Lync. It features 1 line, dual switched 10/100/1000 PoE LAN Ports, a USB port; and a rich 320 x 240 pixel TFT Colour LCD display. In addition to working as an IP phone, the 4120 VoIP Phone series is optimised for use with MS Lync UC; and can support the familiar MS Office 365 desktop suite. Combined with the latest, cloud based versions of Microsoft’s next gen comms and telephony collaboration services.

The 4120 IP Phone is a MS Lync optimised knowledge worker desktop phone. 4120 IP phones can operate stand alone in a Lync environment; they are cost effective and ideal for deployments in employee desktops. The 4120 IP Phones provide Power over Ethernet (PoE) connectivity; as well as an optional power adaptor in places where PoE is not available.

These phones are well suited for daily usage in MS Lync UC environments. Users can log into their MS Lync user account by entering their PIN on the phone; which allows them to access voice mail, personal contacts and any customised user settings.

WARRANTY INFO:

All of our refurbished and new products come with a warranty ranging from 12-36 months. We provide a ‘return to base’ warranty as standard but replacement items may be dispatched in advance of the warranty examination procedure where pre-agreed. Any replacements made within the warranty period will continue to have a warranty that covers the original term from point of purchase.

Please also note:

  • Any misuse, wear and tear or abuse of the goods will invalidate the warranty and any return postage will be payable by the customer.
  • Our warranty excludes consumable products e.g. batteries.
  • Our warranty is not applicable outside the United Kingdom unless by pre-arrangement.
  • A £20 Admin fee will be charged for any item returned under warranty where no fault is found If the product fault is deemed to fall within the terms of the warranty then we reserve the right to repair, replace or credit faulty items at our discretion.
  • If it is outside of the warranty period, we may offer a chance to repair the item at a cost to be quoted.

Please ensure that the Returns Number is clearly indicated on the parcel, as we cannot accept returns without this.
