The Avaya B179 SIP Conference Phone is a versatile high performer that complements your existing solutions; which can be easily redeployed as your business grows or as needs change.

The B179 is a flexible SIP based conference phone that is ideal for companies using IP telephony. It is equipped with Konftels patented audio technology OmniSound 2.0 with wideband to ensure a clear and natural sound.

Best suited for board rooms and large conference rooms; with groups that have a number of participants greater than 10 people. The B179 SIP Conference Phone helps improve employee productivity and collaboration between customers, partners and suppliers.

The Avaya B 179 can be connected either to your IP PBX system or directly to a VoIP service provider. This conference phone is based on SIP (RFC 3261) and is compatible with most of the SIP platforms available on the market. In order to simplify set up, the B179 also supports Power over Ethernet (PoE).

    Works brilliantly in meeting room environment, speaker and microphone have so far performed exceptionally on calls with a large amount of participants. Web based configuration made it simple to import contacts. Customised profile settings is a nice feature.

WARRANTY INFO:

All of our refurbished and new products come with a warranty ranging from 12-36 months. We provide a ‘return to base’ warranty as standard but replacement items may be dispatched in advance of the warranty examination procedure where pre-agreed. Any replacements made within the warranty period will continue to have a warranty that covers the original term from point of purchase.

All items with NEW condition receive a 12 month warranty

All items with REFURBISHED condition receive a 36 month warranty

Please also note:

  • Any misuse, wear and tear or abuse of the goods will invalidate the warranty and any return postage will be payable by the customer.
  • Our warranty excludes consumable products e.g. batteries.
  • Our warranty is not applicable outside the United Kingdom unless by pre-arrangement.
  • A £20 Admin fee will be charged for any item returned under warranty where no fault is found If the product fault is deemed to fall within the terms of the warranty then we reserve the right to repair, replace or credit faulty items at our discretion.
  • If it is outside of the warranty period, we may offer a chance to repair the item at a cost to be quoted.

RETURNS:

If your product develops a fault then please notify us by phone on +44 (0) 333 222 6636 or at returns@commswarehouse.co.uk detailing the fault and requesting a Returns Number and address.

Please ensure that the Returns Number is clearly indicated on the parcel, as we cannot accept returns without this.
