For a small business like us these are not bad phones, has most features you would need and expect for the price. Set was a bit fiddly for the non-technical, thankfully our IT guy is familiar with the web based interface. Doesn’t come with a mains power supply as it can be powered by the Ethernet cable provided. Call quality is clear and it offers multiple options for your headset connectivity either via USB, RJ11 or RJ9.
