Yealink T23G VoIP Phone

The Yealink T23G is a feature rich and functional IP desktop phone which has been designed for intensive use in office environments. This is a cost effective but powerful VoIP phone, ideal for making the transition to IP or upgrading dated IP phones.

An intuitive user interface with 6 navigation buttons and a 132 x 64 pixel graphical LCD display makes this phone easy to use and efficient, facilitating the use of all standard call management features such as call waiting, transfer, forward, park and pickup as well as an extensive 1000 entry phone book.

Thanks to a built in TI TITAN chipset, this telephone provides superb voice quality, even over its full-duplex speakerphone. Up to 3 SIP accounts will be able to benefit from this clear audio, or the SIP-T23G can actually be used for 3 way conferences.

This cost effective IP solution delivers a powerful, secure and consistent solution for both small and large office environments and can be used with the leading IP PBX providers such as Alcatel, Aastra, Avaya, 3CX, Asterix and Sipleo. Please note that this phone has PoE, so does not come with a power supply.

WARRANTY INFO:

All of our refurbished and new products come with a warranty ranging from 12-36 months. We provide a ‘return to base’ warranty as standard but replacement items may be dispatched in advance of the warranty examination procedure where pre-agreed. Any replacements made within the warranty period will continue to have a warranty that covers the original term from point of purchase.

All items with NEW condition receive a 12 month warranty

All items with REFURBISHED condition receive a 36 month warranty

Please also note:

  • Any misuse, wear and tear or abuse of the goods will invalidate the warranty and any return postage will be payable by the customer.
  • Our warranty excludes consumable products e.g. batteries.
  • Our warranty is not applicable outside the United Kingdom unless by pre-arrangement.
  • A £20 Admin fee will be charged for any item returned under warranty where no fault is found If the product fault is deemed to fall within the terms of the warranty then we reserve the right to repair, replace or credit faulty items at our discretion.
  • If it is outside of the warranty period, we may offer a chance to repair the item at a cost to be quoted.

RETURNS:

If your product develops a fault then please notify us by phone on +44 (0) 333 222 6636 or at returns@commswarehouse.co.uk detailing the fault and requesting a Returns Number and address.

Please ensure that the Returns Number is clearly indicated on the parcel, as we cannot accept returns without this.
