This digital phone is sleek, stylish and has all the telephony features one needs in a business office Phone. The Toshiba DP5022 F-SD has 10 Programmable keys which enable the user to adapt it to fit their specific needs and requirements. The DP5022F-SD phone contains many features to make this phone one of the most suitable available for any office.

There is an integrated conference / transfer key to allow the user to conference more people into calls or transfer their call to someone else on the phone network. The digital telephone has soft keys near the display to help users navigate through the menu system. The DP5022 F-SD digital phone with LCD display has an easy to read screen, one touch programmable buttons and ergonomic design for comfort and easy to read feature buttons.

Please note that the DP5022F-SD requires a Phone System in order to operate.

WARRANTY INFO:

All of our refurbished and new products come with a warranty ranging from 12-36 months. We provide a ‘return to base’ warranty as standard but replacement items may be dispatched in advance of the warranty examination procedure where pre-agreed. Any replacements made within the warranty period will continue to have a warranty that covers the original term from point of purchase.

All items with NEW condition receive a 12 month warranty

All items with REFURBISHED condition receive a 36 month warranty

Please also note:

  • Any misuse, wear and tear or abuse of the goods will invalidate the warranty and any return postage will be payable by the customer.
  • Our warranty excludes consumable products e.g. batteries.
  • Our warranty is not applicable outside the United Kingdom unless by pre-arrangement.
  • A £20 Admin fee will be charged for any item returned under warranty where no fault is found If the product fault is deemed to fall within the terms of the warranty then we reserve the right to repair, replace or credit faulty items at our discretion.
  • If it is outside of the warranty period, we may offer a chance to repair the item at a cost to be quoted.

RETURNS:

Please ensure that the Returns Number is clearly indicated on the parcel, as we cannot accept returns without this.
