Siemens OptIPoint 500 Advance Arctic

Siemens OptIPoint 500 Advance is a full duplex hands free phone designed to provide rapid and easy access to your HiPath / Hicom system and features. The three dialog keys when operated in conjunction with the display, provide an interactive user promp system.

The 500 Advance is a fully duplex system phone. The OptiPoint 500 Advance has 19 programmable function keys with LEDs. This is the highest amount of keys on any OptiPoint phone. If even more keys are desired, connecting an AOM will provide 30 additional keys.

Features can also be selected by using the LCD back lit display and Opti Guide keys. Computer phone integration is achieved through the USB port which allows phone connections and run phone apps on the PC. The OptiPoint 500 also supports devices such as fax, music on hold, other phones and headsets thanks to the dual adaptor slots which are found underneath the phone.

Each telephone is carefully refurbished by our technical experts, to be sure that it runs at the very highest of standards. Plus, they come with a warranty to ensure your satisfaction. Included with your telephone are the base stand, phone receiver, new curly cord and new line lead. These telephones may be refurbished, but you wouldn’t know it from their condition.

WARRANTY INFO:

All of our refurbished and new products come with a warranty ranging from 12-36 months. We provide a ‘return to base’ warranty as standard but replacement items may be dispatched in advance of the warranty examination procedure where pre-agreed. Any replacements made within the warranty period will continue to have a warranty that covers the original term from point of purchase.

All items with NEW condition receive a 12 month warranty

All items with REFURBISHED condition receive a 36 month warranty

Please also note:

  • Any misuse, wear and tear or abuse of the goods will invalidate the warranty and any return postage will be payable by the customer.
  • Our warranty excludes consumable products e.g. batteries.
  • Our warranty is not applicable outside the United Kingdom unless by pre-arrangement.
  • A £20 Admin fee will be charged for any item returned under warranty where no fault is found If the product fault is deemed to fall within the terms of the warranty then we reserve the right to repair, replace or credit faulty items at our discretion.
  • If it is outside of the warranty period, we may offer a chance to repair the item at a cost to be quoted.

RETURNS:

Please ensure that the Returns Number is clearly indicated on the parcel, as we cannot accept returns without this.
