Siemens Openstage 40 SIP Phone Lava

Siemens Openstage 40 SIP Lava Phone is an attractively priced, full featured speaker phone; with optical call alert, five way navigation and six line graphic mono chrome back lit display.

It is an ideal solution for desk sharing, call centre agents or receptionists. With eight fixed function keys, six programmable touch keys and headset jack, this model is sure to be a hit.

The OpenStage 40 SIP is a hands free phone with Duplex speaker phone. Main features include local 3 way conference, LCD display, dedicated headset jack and 6 programmable sensor keys.

Advanced feature includes AOM support for a total of 90 additional programmable keys (With LEDs); SIP technology provides compatibility with both Siemens and other phone systems; and CTI allows you to connect your phone to your PC.

The OpenStage 40 SIP is a SIP phone which will work across most VoIP PBX Platforms. These multi line telephones will require provisioning onto a relevant and compatible system of call host. Your VoIP service provider will be able to assist you.

This is a Power Over Ethernet (PoE) enabled IP phone and as such, is sold without a PSU. If you do not have PoE, you will need to buy a separate Power Supply Unit.

WARRANTY INFO:

All of our refurbished and new products come with a warranty ranging from 12-36 months. We provide a ‘return to base’ warranty as standard but replacement items may be dispatched in advance of the warranty examination procedure where pre-agreed. Any replacements made within the warranty period will continue to have a warranty that covers the original term from point of purchase.

All items with NEW condition receive a 12 month warranty

All items with REFURBISHED condition receive a 36 month warranty

Please also note:

  • Any misuse, wear and tear or abuse of the goods will invalidate the warranty and any return postage will be payable by the customer.
  • Our warranty excludes consumable products e.g. batteries.
  • Our warranty is not applicable outside the United Kingdom unless by pre-arrangement.
  • A £20 Admin fee will be charged for any item returned under warranty where no fault is found If the product fault is deemed to fall within the terms of the warranty then we reserve the right to repair, replace or credit faulty items at our discretion.
  • If it is outside of the warranty period, we may offer a chance to repair the item at a cost to be quoted.

Please ensure that the Returns Number is clearly indicated on the parcel, as we cannot accept returns without this.
