The Polycom CX3000 IP Conference Phone delivers great Conference call performance in a Lync environment. It features Polycom HD Voice technology for crystal clear calls and robust working with Lync; for an enhanced user experience with easy set up and config.

Polycom CX 3000The CX3000 IP Conference Phone features Lync software, delivering a familiar UI for Conference call users. The large high res colour display and easy nav buttons; enable easy dialling controls, calendar and contact directory access and presence.

This Conference Phone also features a USB port for “Better Together” features when connected to a PC running Lync software. For IT admins, seamless integration with Microsoft Lync and built in Power over Ethernet (PoE); make install simple and seamless.

Each telephone is carefully refurbished by our technical experts; to be sure that it runs at the very highest of standards. Plus, they come with a warranty to ensure your satisfaction. Included with your telephone are the base stand, phone receiver, new curly cord and new line lead (where relevant). These telephones may be refurbished, but you wouldn’t know it from their condition.

Please note we also sell this voice conferencing product in NEW condition.

WARRANTY INFO:

All of our refurbished and new products come with a warranty ranging from 12-36 months. We provide a ‘return to base’ warranty as standard but replacement items may be dispatched in advance of the warranty examination procedure where pre-agreed. Any replacements made within the warranty period will continue to have a warranty that covers the original term from point of purchase.

All items with NEW condition receive a 12 month warranty

All items with REFURBISHED condition receive a 36 month warranty

Please also note:

  • Any misuse, wear and tear or abuse of the goods will invalidate the warranty and any return postage will be payable by the customer.
  • Our warranty excludes consumable products e.g. batteries.
  • Our warranty is not applicable outside the United Kingdom unless by pre-arrangement.
  • A £20 Admin fee will be charged for any item returned under warranty where no fault is found If the product fault is deemed to fall within the terms of the warranty then we reserve the right to repair, replace or credit faulty items at our discretion.
  • If it is outside of the warranty period, we may offer a chance to repair the item at a cost to be quoted.

RETURNS:

If your product develops a fault then please notify us by phone on +44 (0) 333 222 6636 or at returns@commswarehouse.co.uk detailing the fault and requesting a Returns Number and address.

Please ensure that the Returns Number is clearly indicated on the parcel, as we cannot accept returns without this.
