Plantronics C054A Wireless Headset

With its sleek design and modern look, the Plantronics C054A wireless telephone headset system can enable hands free conference calling for your business phone. With this wireless headset system from Plantronics, you can release yourself from the limits of a wired phone headset and your desk phone.

Answer and end all of your phone calls using the buttons on this Plantronics C054A wireless headset; and also connect three additional telephone headsets for conference calls. Answer phone calls, end call and volume controls are on the headset itself. These features can be changed with the touch of a button, for an optimal business phone user experience.

Plantronics C054A

This Plantronics headset will come set up for your right ear; with a small ear tip and medium ear loop. You can also change the headset for your left ear, install a different size ear tip and ear loop, or add the head band. The mic should rest as close to your cheek as it can without touching, when you wear the headset. The mic is adjusted by the tilting the ear piece, to get the best position of the headset.

There are also three set up options for adding the C054A to your desk phone; Desk phone (standard), Desk phone + HL10 handset lifter (sold separately) and Desk phone + EHS cable (sold separately).

WARRANTY INFO:

All of our refurbished and new products come with a warranty ranging from 12-36 months. We provide a ‘return to base’ warranty as standard but replacement items may be dispatched in advance of the warranty examination procedure where pre-agreed. Any replacements made within the warranty period will continue to have a warranty that covers the original term from point of purchase.

All items with NEW condition receive a 12 month warranty

All items with REFURBISHED condition receive a 36 month warranty

Please also note:

  • Any misuse, wear and tear or abuse of the goods will invalidate the warranty and any return postage will be payable by the customer.
  • Our warranty excludes consumable products e.g. batteries.
  • Our warranty is not applicable outside the United Kingdom unless by pre-arrangement.
  • A £20 Admin fee will be charged for any item returned under warranty where no fault is found If the product fault is deemed to fall within the terms of the warranty then we reserve the right to repair, replace or credit faulty items at our discretion.
  • If it is outside of the warranty period, we may offer a chance to repair the item at a cost to be quoted.

Please ensure that the Returns Number is clearly indicated on the parcel, as we cannot accept returns without this.
