Mitel 5304 IP Phone Small Footprint

The Mitel 5304 IP Phone is a cost effective entry level display phone with a small base; making it perfect for hotel guest rooms, class rooms, retail stores and for teleworkers. This two line phone will provide access to the features and apps enabled by Mitel’s IP based comms platforms.

The 5304 IP Phone is an entry level display phone. Giving you access to features of the ICPs and ideal for times where small footprint needed due to space; cruise ship cabins, hotel guest room phones, uni dorms, class rooms, or beside a cash register in retail outlet.

The 5304 is a two line, dual port IP phone with a 40 char back lit display; which supports both SIP and MiNet protocols and works behind the Mitel 3300 and Mitel SX-200 ICP.

This refurbished Mitel IP Phone has been reconditioned to a very high standard and comes with our UK based warranty. Making the IP 5304 refurbished phone a cheap and cost effective solution to your office phone needs.

This model of business IP telephone is not suitable for home use.

All of our refurbished and new products come with a warranty ranging from 12-36 months. We provide a ‘return to base’ warranty as standard but replacement items may be dispatched in advance of the warranty examination procedure where pre-agreed. Any replacements made within the warranty period will continue to have a warranty that covers the original term from point of purchase.

Please also note:

  • Any misuse, wear and tear or abuse of the goods will invalidate the warranty and any return postage will be payable by the customer.
  • Our warranty excludes consumable products e.g. batteries.
  • Our warranty is not applicable outside the United Kingdom unless by pre-arrangement.
  • A £20 Admin fee will be charged for any item returned under warranty where no fault is found If the product fault is deemed to fall within the terms of the warranty then we reserve the right to repair, replace or credit faulty items at our discretion.
  • If it is outside of the warranty period, we may offer a chance to repair the item at a cost to be quoted.

Please ensure that the Returns Number is clearly indicated on the parcel, as we cannot accept returns without this.
