Product Description – Mitel 5220 IP Phone Dual Mode

The Mitel 5220 Dual Mode IP Phone is a feature rich, multi line IP speaker phone with full duplex handsfree working. It is designed for users who need easy access and must change their phone feature set to match their changing needs. Standard in call features include on hook dialling, transfer, speed dial, hold and conference calling. PBX telephone system features can be easily accessed through the “SuperKey” option, this Dual Mode IP telephone enables both SIP and MiNET to be supported.

Mitel 5220

The Mitel 5220 is an IP telephone made for use with either Mitel’s MiNET protocol or SIP. These phones contain 14 buttons for configuring the IP 5220 as needed and feature a 2 line back lit display for use in low light areas.

A speakerphone is built into the IP phone and a 10/100 ethernet switch allows the 5220 to share a network socket with a computer. The 5220 phone includes a built in headset jack for handsfree phone use. This IP telephone meets all hearing aid standards. This IP phone can be powered either through your network PoE (802.3af) or through a local 48V power supply (sold separately) or PoE injector.

Included with your telephone are the base stand, phone receiver, new curly cord and new line lead. These phones may be refurbished, but you wouldn’t know it from their condition.

All of our refurbished and new products come with a warranty ranging from 12-36 months. We provide a ‘return to base’ warranty as standard but replacement items may be dispatched in advance of the warranty examination procedure where pre-agreed. Any replacements made within the warranty period will continue to have a warranty that covers the original term from point of purchase.

All items with NEW condition receive a 12 month warranty

All items with REFURBISHED condition receive a 36 month warranty

Please also note:

  • Any misuse, wear and tear or abuse of the goods will invalidate the warranty and any return postage will be payable by the customer.
  • Our warranty excludes consumable products e.g. batteries.
  • Our warranty is not applicable outside the United Kingdom unless by pre-arrangement.
  • A £20 Admin fee will be charged for any item returned under warranty where no fault is found If the product fault is deemed to fall within the terms of the warranty then we reserve the right to repair, replace or credit faulty items at our discretion.
  • If it is outside of the warranty period, we may offer a chance to repair the item at a cost to be quoted.

Please ensure that the Returns Number is clearly indicated on the parcel, as we cannot accept returns without this.
