Avaya IP500 Phone System V1

The Avaya IP500 Control Unit is the main processing unit for the IP Office IP500 system. IP Office 5.0 or greater provides support for up to 384 users. The IP 500 phone system is a base unit of the Avaya IP Office range and is the most popular of the Avaya IP systems. It is a phone system specifically designed for small to medium businesses.

The IP 500 is a very affordable office phone system, but when the business grows, additional licenses can be purchased to enable more features. This makes the IP500 base cost lower than other phone systems, which is why it is the system most buyers choose. This is an empty system chassis with no cards included. We sell Avaya system cards, let us know or add them to your basket when you order and we will be sure to include them with your phone system.

WARRANTY INFO:

All of our refurbished and new products come with a warranty ranging from 12-36 months. We provide a ‘return to base’ warranty as standard but replacement items may be dispatched in advance of the warranty examination procedure where pre-agreed. Any replacements made within the warranty period will continue to have a warranty that covers the original term from point of purchase.

All items with NEW condition receive a 12 month warranty

All items with REFURBISHED condition receive a 36 month warranty

Please also note:

  • Any misuse, wear and tear or abuse of the goods will invalidate the warranty and any return postage will be payable by the customer.
  • Our warranty excludes consumable products e.g. batteries.
  • Our warranty is not applicable outside the United Kingdom unless by pre-arrangement.
  • A £20 Admin fee will be charged for any item returned under warranty where no fault is found If the product fault is deemed to fall within the terms of the warranty then we reserve the right to repair, replace or credit faulty items at our discretion.
  • If it is outside of the warranty period, we may offer a chance to repair the item at a cost to be quoted.

Please ensure that the Returns Number is clearly indicated on the parcel, as we cannot accept returns without this.
