Product Description – Avaya Bm12 12 Button Expansion Module
The Avaya BM12 button module provides 24 additional programmable line and feature buttons for the Avaya 9600 series IP telephones. The BM12 Expansion Module extends the number of call appearances and feature buttons on your phone. This button module provides 24 additional programmable line and feature buttons for Avaya 9408 and 9508 digital phones and Avaya 9600 series IP phones.
The BM12 Expansion Module provides 24 additional buttons using two pages of 12 call appearances / features each. Requires Power Supply and power cord (1151D1) when being used with the Avaya 9508 digital phone. Up to 3 modules will work on the 9600 IP handsets without the 1151D1 power supply if the handsets are powered by either POE or POE injector PSU. With a large self labelling display, the LCD screen presents the names of lines or extensions programmed into the button module. Up to three button modules can be programmed per phone, and the BM12 is compatible with the 9608, 9611G, and 9641G IP phones. The BM12 button module also works with the 9408 and 9508 digital phones that use the optional Avaya 1151D1 power supply.

WARRANTY INFORMATION:All of our refurbished and new products come with a warranty ranging from 12-36 months. We provide a ‘return to base’ warranty as standard but replacement items may be dispatched in advance of the warranty examination procedure where pre-agreed. Any replacements made within the warranty period will continue to have a warranty that covers the original term from point of purchase. Please also note:
- Any misuse, wear and tear or abuse of the goods will invalidate the warranty and any return postage will be payable by the customer.
- Our warranty excludes consumable products e.g. batteries.
- Our warranty is not applicable outside the United Kingdom unless by pre-arrangement.
- A £20 Admin fee will be charged for any item returned under warranty where no fault is found
- If the product fault is deemed to fall within the terms of the warranty then we reserve the right to repair, replace or credit faulty items at our discretion.
- If it is outside of the warranty period, we may offer a chance to repair the item at a cost to be quoted.
