Avaya 1616 IP Phone

The Avaya 1616 IP is an ideal solution for offices provisioned with an Avaya IP Phone System. The 1616 IP has 16 LED programmable keys as well as several classic telephony function keys; a large LCD back lit display with navigation keys and full duplex capabilities. If you require additional keys the 1616 IP is expandable; it has the capacity to harbour a maximum of 48 feature keys.

Each IP phone is carefully refurbished by our trained and experienced technicians. These particular phones are grade A refurbished except for having Sun Faded Buttons. Fully tested and warrantied before dispatch.

    The build quality is typically good as you would expect from Avaya. We run a number of these along with some 1603’s on an Avaya phone system and have not had any issues so far. On par with some more expensive models, would recommend.

WARRANTY INFO:

All of our refurbished and new products come with a warranty ranging from 12-36 months. We provide a ‘return to base’ warranty as standard but replacement items may be dispatched in advance of the warranty examination procedure where pre-agreed. Any replacements made within the warranty period will continue to have a warranty that covers the original term from point of purchase.

All items with NEW condition receive a 12 month warranty

All items with REFURBISHED condition receive a 36 month warranty

Please also note:

  • Any misuse, wear and tear or abuse of the goods will invalidate the warranty and any return postage will be payable by the customer.
  • Our warranty excludes consumable products e.g. batteries.
  • Our warranty is not applicable outside the United Kingdom unless by pre-arrangement.
  • A £20 Admin fee will be charged for any item returned under warranty where no fault is found If the product fault is deemed to fall within the terms of the warranty then we reserve the right to repair, replace or credit faulty items at our discretion.
  • If it is outside of the warranty period, we may offer a chance to repair the item at a cost to be quoted.

RETURNS:

If your product develops a fault then please notify us by phone on +44 (0) 333 222 6636 or at returns@commswarehouse.co.uk detailing the fault and requesting a Returns Number and address.

Please ensure that the Returns Number is clearly indicated on the parcel, as we cannot accept returns without this.
