Siemens Optipoint 500 Entry – Manganese Phone

The Siemens Optipoint 500 Entry telephone – Manganese is the most cost effective phone within the range. It is ideal for the adoption of digital telephony with minimum usage requirement. The phone has 8 function keys and offers loud speaker capability. The Optipoint 500 Entry model is the most competitively priced, multi line phone available. This phone is ideal for areas where a display or speaker phone is not required; such as warehouses, lobbies or break rooms.

Optipoint 500 is compatible with the HiCom 150H and 300H; and the HiPath 3000 and 4000 telephone systems, when connected to a digital extension. The Siemens 500 Entry comes with eight programmable feature keys with LEDs, on hook dialling, open listening for hands free; message waiting lamp and volume control. The programmable keys provide single button access to commonly used features such as speed dialling, outside lines and other extensions.

WARRANTY INFO:

All of our refurbished and new products come with a warranty ranging from 12-36 months. We provide a ‘return to base’ warranty as standard but replacement items may be dispatched in advance of the warranty examination procedure where pre-agreed. Any replacements made within the warranty period will continue to have a warranty that covers the original term from point of purchase.

All items with NEW condition receive a 12 month warranty

All items with REFURBISHED condition receive a 36 month warranty

Please also note:

  • Any misuse, wear and tear or abuse of the goods will invalidate the warranty and any return postage will be payable by the customer.
  • Our warranty excludes consumable products e.g. batteries.
  • Our warranty is not applicable outside the United Kingdom unless by pre-arrangement.
  • A £20 Admin fee will be charged for any item returned under warranty where no fault is found If the product fault is deemed to fall within the terms of the warranty then we reserve the right to repair, replace or credit faulty items at our discretion.
  • If it is outside of the warranty period, we may offer a chance to repair the item at a cost to be quoted.

RETURNS:

Please ensure that the Returns Number is clearly indicated on the parcel, as we cannot accept returns without this.
