With its sleek modern design, this headset is ideal for people who spend much of the day talking on the phone. The Sennheiser DW 10 Wireless Headset connects to your office phone via an RJ11 telephone cable.

The DW Office Cordless Headset is an extremely comfortable headset, with a generous talk time of 8 hours, making this an ideal headset for all-day use. It’s monaural style means that you can keep one ear on what is going on around you whilst talking on the phone.

Sennheiser is world famous for the incredible sound quality of its microphones and headsets, and its DW Office range is no exception. Its noise cancelling microphone filters out background noise so that you can be heard perfectly by the person you are talking to and its wideband sound delivers face-to-face quality conversations.

With an extensive range of 180m in open spaces and 55m in offices, the DW Office Headset gives you the freedom to move around freely and work at the same time as you talk. This model is ideal for use with handset lifters and electronic hook switches, which make it possible for you to answer and end calls without being next to your telephone.

This headset can also be paired for desk sharing and phone conferences.

WARRANTY INFO:

All of our refurbished and new products come with a warranty ranging from 12-36 months. We provide a ‘return to base’ warranty as standard but replacement items may be dispatched in advance of the warranty examination procedure where pre-agreed. Any replacements made within the warranty period will continue to have a warranty that covers the original term from point of purchase.

All items with NEW condition receive a 12 month warranty

All items with REFURBISHED condition receive a 36 month warranty

Please also note:

  • Any misuse, wear and tear or abuse of the goods will invalidate the warranty and any return postage will be payable by the customer.
  • Our warranty excludes consumable products e.g. batteries.
  • Our warranty is not applicable outside the United Kingdom unless by pre-arrangement.
  • A £20 Admin fee will be charged for any item returned under warranty where no fault is found If the product fault is deemed to fall within the terms of the warranty then we reserve the right to repair, replace or credit faulty items at our discretion.
  • If it is outside of the warranty period, we may offer a chance to repair the item at a cost to be quoted.

RETURNS:

If your product develops a fault then please notify us by phone on +44 (0) 333 222 6636 or at returns@commswarehouse.co.uk detailing the fault and requesting a Returns Number and address.

Please ensure that the Returns Number is clearly indicated on the parcel, as we cannot accept returns without this.
