The Samsung Officeserv 7030 Phone System is flexible enough to enable any combo of Samsung’s wired and wireless handsets, IP phones and digital Phones. It also supports the latest SIP service tech. The OfficeServ 7030 has been designed to deliver advanced voice and wireless comms in a single IP platform.

With built in Media Gateway Interface (MGI), Session Border Controller (SBC), Media Proxy Server (MPS) and Voice Mail; it provides a more efficient option with more slot capacity for other interface modules. Suitable for business with a need of up to 20 users, compatible with analogue, digital or SIP lines this system can adapt to the changing comms environment. It allows you to configure the system to meet your needs as well as the capability to network up to 1000 sites.

The OfficeServ 7030 is a small business Phone system with powerful features you might find on much larger Phone systems. This advanced Phone system comes equipped with a built in, 2 port Auto Attendant, up to 4 built in VoIP channels, supporting up to 8 key sets (16 VoIP Phones). Full function, digital LCD speaker phones also make accessing system features a snap.

WARRANTY INFO:

All of our refurbished and new products come with a warranty ranging from 12-36 months. We provide a ‘return to base’ warranty as standard but replacement items may be dispatched in advance of the warranty examination procedure where pre-agreed. Any replacements made within the warranty period will continue to have a warranty that covers the original term from point of purchase.

All items with NEW condition receive a 12 month warranty

All items with REFURBISHED condition receive a 36 month warranty

Please also note:

  • Any misuse, wear and tear or abuse of the goods will invalidate the warranty and any return postage will be payable by the customer.
  • Our warranty excludes consumable products e.g. batteries.
  • Our warranty is not applicable outside the United Kingdom unless by pre-arrangement.
  • A £20 Admin fee will be charged for any item returned under warranty where no fault is found If the product fault is deemed to fall within the terms of the warranty then we reserve the right to repair, replace or credit faulty items at our discretion.
  • If it is outside of the warranty period, we may offer a chance to repair the item at a cost to be quoted.

RETURNS:

If your product develops a fault then please notify us by phone on +44 (0) 333 222 6636 or at returns@commswarehouse.co.uk detailing the fault and requesting a Returns Number and address.

Please ensure that the Returns Number is clearly indicated on the parcel, as we cannot accept returns without this.
