Samsung DS-5014S series display handsets feature an easy-to-use 14-button display, making them ideal for your staff with personal extensions. The 32-character, 2-line scrollable LCD screen is built to boost productivity as it clearly displays caller information (Calling Line ID, contact number etc) as well as offering quick Direct Dialling Inward (DDI). The large screen paired with the 14 programmable keys which you can use for quick dialling makes this Samsung button phone a busy professional’s ideal business partner.

The Samsung Officeserv DS 5014S phone is an ideal way to provide individual extensions; whilst offering an excellent range of functions. The 2-line LCD panel is adjustable and also has 3 soft keys to activate features. As with most desk phones, this Samsung button phone has the standard volume control and is wall mountable for those with limited desk space. Users also have the option to choose from a range of ringtones and even a variety of optional add-on modules.

Each button on the Samsung handset has its own-coloured LED status indicator. In addition, functions can also be easily accessed via the 2-line LCD screen; which also displays call and telephone system info. The Samsung DS 5014S is a versatile 14-button desktop display telephone.

WARRANTY INFO:

All of our refurbished and new products come with a warranty ranging from 12-36 months. We provide a ‘return to base’ warranty as standard but replacement items may be dispatched in advance of the warranty examination procedure where pre-agreed. Any replacements made within the warranty period will continue to have a warranty that covers the original term from point of purchase.

All items with NEW condition receive a 12 month warranty

All items with REFURBISHED condition receive a 36 month warranty

Please also note:

  • Any misuse, wear and tear or abuse of the goods will invalidate the warranty and any return postage will be payable by the customer.
  • Our warranty excludes consumable products e.g. batteries.
  • Our warranty is not applicable outside the United Kingdom unless by pre-arrangement.
  • A £20 Admin fee will be charged for any item returned under warranty where no fault is found If the product fault is deemed to fall within the terms of the warranty then we reserve the right to repair, replace or credit faulty items at our discretion.
  • If it is outside of the warranty period, we may offer a chance to repair the item at a cost to be quoted.

RETURNS:

Please ensure that the Returns Number is clearly indicated on the parcel, as we cannot accept returns without this.
